I strongly urge others to do their research. I had no idea I was working with Palmetto because they are outside contractors out of Solaria Solar and Roofing. Look up reviews for Palmetto/Lightreach Solar, which is one of the financing vendors they use and see for yourself. Palmetto has multiple complaints with the BBB and all over the internet. I should of known better. A Solaria solar sales rep convinced my husband and I to sign the deal by promising we would only pay $102 a month -- nothing more, and that the panels would generate enough kWh to run my entire home. He never emailed us the agreement to review and said he wasn't even able to because it's not a long-term contract, that it's just four page disclosure on his work iPad. That rep has since been terminated for lying to other customers as well.
