Radiant Energy Solar installs multiple solar brands and system configurations, and after doing over a year of deep research, I personally chose them and the EG4 system--I couldn't be happier with that decision. While I'm clearly biased toward EG4 at this point, it's because the performance, expandability, and overall value are hard to beat. It was EG4 that actually recommended Radiant Energy Solar as a top tier and trusted installer, in the state of Florida, which made me feel a lot more comfortable considering the amount of money that exchange hands. The system they installed is a true five-star setup--it looks as good as it functions. I strongly urge others to do their research. I had no idea I was working with Palmetto because they are outside contractors out of Solaria Solar and Roofing. Look up reviews for Palmetto/Lightreach Solar, which is one of the financing vendors they use and see for yourself. Palmetto has multiple complaints with the BBB and all over the internet. I should of known better. A Solaria solar sales rep convinced my husband and I to sign the deal by promising we would only pay $102 a month -- nothing more, and that the panels would generate enough kWh to run my entire home. He never emailed us the agreement to review and said he wasn't even able to because it's not a long-term contract, that it's just four page disclosure on his work iPad. That rep has since been terminated for lying to other customers as well.
