I was so thankful I caught the first company's voicemail. That lead me to Christina, who offered to come out same day and saved me $750 in service costs for an inexpensive part. She fixed the issue very quickly and exceeded expectations taking the extra time to make sure I had confidence in the system and protective measures in place. I was delighted to find out she was the owner, because it was clear she takes personal pride in the work and truly cares about her customers. That kind of responsiveness, knowledge, and genuine customer service gave me something I hadn't found in a while: peace of mind! I'm incredibly grateful to find a service provider I can count on.

I talked to both owners, Christina and Jared, because they both came to my house at different times during the installation, and I'm an inquisitive and demanding customer (Warren Buffet was my neighbor back in Omaha) ... you make me happy, you're the best at what you do! I even offered to buy a percentage of the company, but they turned me down saying, "This is our life's work. We love what we do." They killed the competition. SunPro/ADT ($45k) was almost 50% higher than the price of Bay Area Solar ($31,776). A third less memorable competitor was 20% more and far less professional and friendly. Installation was fast and professional. I've been researching solar panels for 30 years so I knew what I was getting, and I got the best bang for the buck. No money down, $8261 Federal Tax Credit, $160 a month for 20 years, written guarantee that all my panels will produce 95% of what they produce the first day of installation, or Bay Area Solar will replace them for free. My bill with Duke has consistently been the minimum $35.96, with a few winter months around $60 due to more cloudy days and angle of the sun. My neighborhood was built in 1978, and my neighbors consistently pay $300, $400, and sometimes $500 a month. Exceptional service, flawless install, and a truly top-tier solar system…read more Radiant Energy Solar absolutely exceeded my expectations. The owner/rep and the entire team delivered outstanding customer service and a flawless installation from start to finish. They responded to every call and question promptly, which made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Radiant Energy Solar installs multiple solar brands and system configurations, and after doing over a year of deep research, I personally chose them and the EG4 system--I couldn't be happier with that decision. While I'm clearly biased toward EG4 at this point, it's because the performance, expandability, and overall value are hard to beat. It was EG4 that actually recommended Radiant Energy Solar as a top tier and trusted installer, in the state of Florida, which made me feel a lot more comfortable considering the amount of money that exchange hands. The system they installed is a true five-star setup--it looks as good as it functions. The workmanship is extremely clean, everything is perfectly aligned, and when the job was finished, the area was completely cleaned up. You honestly wouldn't know a major install had just taken place. The EG4 system itself is state-of-the-art, delivering incredible power and flexibility at roughly one-third the cost of many competing systems. The amount of energy I'm generating is simply awesome--and if I ever decide to go fully off-grid, it's essentially just the flick of a switch. I would absolutely recommend Radiant Energy Solar to friends and family--and in fact, two of my friends have already installed the same system, and all of us are over the moon with the results. Big applause to the Radiant Energy Solar team and to EG4 for putting together what is very likely one of the best solar solutions on the market today. Highly recommended.

From the initial consultation, Sam and the team at Radiant Energy were transparent and informative. They took the time to explain the system options, answer all my questions, and provide a detailed cost breakdown. The pricing was competitive and fair, with no hidden fees or surprises along the way. Communication throughout the project was outstanding. Sam kept me updated at every stage--from permitting to installation to final inspection. I always knew what to expect next and never felt left in the dark. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of my property. They completed the work on schedule and left everything clean and tidy. Now that my system is up and running, I'm already seeing the cost savings on my electricity bills. It's incredibly satisfying to watch my energy meter and know I'm generating my own clean power while reducing my monthly expenses. I highly recommend Radiant Energy and Solar to anyone considering going solar. The combination of fair pricing, excellent communication, and real results makes them a top choice.

Excellence from start to finish…read more I recently contracted with Revolution Roofing, working closely with their representative Andrew Collier. I interviewed many roofing companies and decided on Revolution for several reasons. First and foremost, Andrew and his team discovered issues with my roof that other roofing companies had failed to point out. I had a drainage issue with an almost completely flat portion of the roof. Andrew and his team came up with a solution that will prevent pooling and drainage issues in the future. Second, Andrew was quick to respond to questions and gather answers and information necessary for me to make an informed decision. Other companies failed to respond in a timely manner, if at all. Third, Andrew and the team took time to come out and visit the house several times prior to replacement, take pictures, have meetings formulating a plan, and developing a solution for a roof that will last for decades. Once the replacement began, the team started early and worked late, to ensure the process moved quickly. Each night the roof was secured to protect from any possible rain that might occur through the evening. They were in constant contact with me, either by call or text, sharing pictures, to inform me of situations they found as they uncovered the old roof, and offered different solutions for my opinion on how to correct them. As the job came to a close, the team quickly cleaned up all debris. Andrew made a site visit once the crew had left and spent time looking for any nails or materials that may have been missed. If you are in need of a roof repair or replacement, I strongly encourage you to contact Revolution Roofing. You will not be disappointed.

A rep came to our house to do a home energy audit. He of course says that our hot water heater is…read moreold and that a solar water heater would be the way to go. After some high pressure sales and numbers the rep said that we would save $70 on our electric bill and that the unit would only cost $61 a month for the next 10 years. The total cost for the water heater was like $12,000 but with all the "rebates and incentives we would get the unit for around $8,000. I told the rep we wanted to think about and it possibly talk to other customers. Instead of leaving us a list of people to call he called someone from his phone and told the man that we wanted to know about his experience with their company. It seemed very staged and like the person he called was a friend of his. The guy told us that he saves about $188 per month on his electric bill. WHOSE ELECTRIC BILL IS THAT HIGH in the first place that their water heater cost $188 per month to run??? The rep told us that they were A+ with the Better Business Bureau (the BBB) and with Angies List. We signed up, but my gut didn't feel right about the sale. We had to sign something says that the rep did not promise a specific amount of savings off our electric each month. After the rep left, I looked up the BBB and the rating was actually an F with lots of complaints. All the reviews on sites like this were bad. I had a co-worker look at Angies List and she said "RUN FOR YOUR LIFE". She sent me a screenshot of one review page where they had all F reviews. We cancelled immediately. The rep spent another 30 minutes on the phone trying to convince my husband to change his mind. Then they got disconnected and the guy never called back. I was glad, but it is kind of shady that the guy didn't politely call him back. I am still worried that I gave such a shady company my personal information including social, banking info, date of birth etc. I swear in a few months I will be a victim of identity theft. I would do your research before you agree to this. They are liars. Call their company too during after hours. The phone system is so cheap and sounds like a fly by night business. I googled solar water heaters and we can get one much cheaper if we chose to go that route. I am just going to buy a new regular one once this one dies. It would only cost about $600 vs the $8000 they are trying to charge. Do you homework and RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. If I could rate a 0 I would!!! High pressure sales to sign immediately are NEVER a good sign.

Installers were top notch and very friendly. The salesman who sold me the system was a shyster in my opinion and after 4 months I am not seeing any savings. The deal on the system turns out to be full price. I talked to the owner about my concerns with the price paid and the initial sales pitch and he said "The value is in the top quality service and the quality of the product itself. You pay for that!" It isn't in the energy savings which is what I was sold on. I could buy a premium water heater every year, have it installed and pay the electricity to run it for what this cost me! I can't recommend this system at the present time to Florida homeowners, but if my opinion changes I will be sure to re-post.
