My fascia boards are rotting because he didn't want to spend the little extra money to do it right. With fascia board you should put a 1x2 directly behind where the face of the metal drip line lays so the water doesn't ROT YOUR FASCIA BOARDS!!! My home is old and had this extra trim on part of it but not all. I overheard the foreman and him talking a couple of times and in my gut knew something was shady. Indeed there was. His disregard for my overpaid roof is causing me a lot of trouble now. To those of you that gave Francis and his company five stars... just wait, you'll see. The work crew cleaned up after themselves. If you have any issues, you can call their office and they make things right. The new roof is holding up well.
