Apparently he had injured himself on a previous work site. He verbally quoted me what it would cost to repair, put his ladder in the truck and left. If I were to say they were here for a total of five minutes that would be generous. This was the first roofer I've ever met who didn't want to go on the roof of a one story home. Last year I had an issue the roof at my other house. There were a few small leaks. One person came out and told me that it is an easy fix. I highly recommend.
