Based on no follow through of something basic as a phone call, I went against my gut instinct and decided to give them one more chance. They gave me a one hour window of 2pm-3pm on Thursday. They never showed up. No one bothered to give me advanced warning of being late or not showing up. I called them, and a lady was fumbling her words and making a ton of excuses. The apologies sounded insincere as if it was something she was repeating all day long to people. She said she could reschedule me for the following Tuesday, but offered no ownership of the issue and no guarantee that the 3rd time would be any different. Disclaimer - The cryo chamber is in fact very cold but there are four levels (beginner to advanced) of cold temperatures you get to choose from in case you are worried that might be too cold for you! The facility itself is very nice and the staff is also very helpful and friendly.
