From the very beginning, the entire team demonstrated outstanding communication, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to high-quality workmanship. Nick, the owner, runs the company with integrity, professionalism, and a clear passion for the electrical industry. His knowledge of both traditional electrical systems and modern EV charging solutions is impressive, and it's obvious he takes pride in ensuring every project is completed safely and correctly. He takes the time to answer questions thoroughly and makes customers feel informed and confident throughout the process. Kassie, the co-owner, is equally wonderful to work with. She is attentive, organized, and incredibly responsive. Scheduling, updates, and follow-up communication were seamless because of her dedication to customer service. It's rare to find a company where you feel truly valued as a customer, but Kassie makes that happen effortlessly. A special recognition also goes to Cody, who is clearly one of the most trusted electricians on the team. His work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail are second to none. Cody arrives on time, works efficiently, and maintains exceptionally high standards in every aspect of his work. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right the first time. His knowledge of electrical systems and EV-related installations gave me complete confidence in the quality and safety of the work being performed. However, our generator failed to come on weekly for its test mode. When I called the office to get it fixed they said there would be a $250 charge. Kept calling them to find out when project would be started. Finally informed in late November AFTER I called them that I was scheduled for December 20. No verification with me that the date around holidays was ok. Called the business day prior to December 20 to verify they were still coming. Was then informed date was moved to January 8. Again, no communication with me to confirm date. I have asked supervisor to contact me around scheduling issues and received no response. There have been 2 additional dates given for testing where I was told to expect someone where nobody showed up. The latest issue is I called on Friday 1/19 to report they had damaged my neighbor's sprinkler. Was informed someone would be out Monday 1/22 between 8 and 10 to repair. They were also to do a final testing of my new system. Again, a no show. Just received call this AM, 1/23, informing me that they would need to contact a third party irrigation specialist to repair the sprinklers. Rationale is that they didn't have a contract with my neighbor. I understand that. However, they should have arranged with third party irrigation company when I called on Friday.

We called another company who claimed to have emergency service at midnight and stayed up for hours awaiting a call back. Finally we went to sleep to awake at 7 am and call Palmer. A qualified technician called us in 30 minutes (at no charge) and told us to call Duke to confirm it wasn't their issue. Duke said within an hour it was house not them. Palmer was out within an hour thereafter with ample communication during that time. Come to find out the main line connected to our main service box had fried and could have actually caused a fire. Thankfully it didn't. Around the time (10 am) we had a prognosis from Palmer at a reasonable non-emergency rate the other company called us back but we already had a resolution. They would have charged us $250 for a service charge far above what Palmer charged. We found out from Duke that Palmer is one out of three preferred vendors and we were in good hands and many other companies would have charged a service call without ruling out them first. All this to say we are Palmer customers for life. I will also talk to Palmer about making their yelp say they have 24 hour service which deterred us from calling them first as yelp said they were closed versus the other company who obviously didn't really have emergency afterhours service.

When we called them, and "I'm sorry (the FL motto) was all we got. An hour later, the electrician appeared. Our electrician, Jean, was great. Friendly, professional and skilled. The company, however, knowing they were more than four hours late, had the temerity to charge for another 30 minutes ($90) because, while the work was done, my partner made the mistake of asing one final question which put us moments over their automated counter. This made an estimate call double in price. We plan to speak to a manager regarding this, but initial efforts fall on deaf ears. HARD PASS on a company that can so callously and unthinkingly treat the masses because they've been successful at it. We are a service provider hub here; we're happy to extol the virtues of those worthy of it, and we won't stop warning people away from poor service.
