We then boarded a bus and waited, until we were ultimately instructed to get off the bus, walk back up the ramps and around to the train that in fact was working and had just pulled away. We did not discern an apology or explanation, despite the fact that a family member already had difficulty walking. Hopefully just a late-night glitch, but you may want to be prepared during renovations.

I have Global Entry and Cleer because credit cards I have pay for them. I never, and I mean never, wait more than 3 minutes to get through security. Terminal C is one of the prettiest terminals you will see anywhere in the US. Theirs above average food throughout and it's very easy to get to different terminals. In addition the amount of non stop flights out of this airport is truly amazing. Aside from getting to Asia, you can travel to a ton of places non-stop. Lastly, their patented carpet print is the best!

Also, stall 2A isn't working, and a few of the chargers are not lined up very well with the parking spots, which makes pulling in a bit awkward. On the positive side, it's conveniently located next to a Wawa, which is great for snacks and a bathroom break while you wait. Overall, not the worst charger, but the slow charging time really holds it back.

It is filled with tourists due to the connected hotel and proximity to the airport, so even on a Tuesday it felt packed in here. The layout feels almost like a labyrinth but there is a lot of signage on where to go. Most of the stores are ones you can find at most malls, but there are quite a bit of 'unique' stores as well. You've also got the Crayola experience, which is pretty large. While this mall wouldn't be my first choice to go to, it does do the trick if you're needing your fix of big name stores.

Last year we went and they had Christmas flamingos. They had more this year. They also passed out Christmas bags with Simon mall logo on them. I would be back for this event. My issue with The Florida Mall is that the A/C doesn't work well. It's a huge mall with tons of shops and tons of people walking around. They are so busy. We were looking for stores with the best A/C bc we couldn't really beat the heat here. Primark has the best A/C. Along with Armani Exchange, Ghirardelli bc of their chocolates, and The TNS Store. I wish I could have stayed longer but the lack of A/C made me want to leave. I very much loved the Xmas in July Event and Santa, Mrs. Claus, the elves, the photographer, and the other people working were so nice. The AC is sure lacking and this was the issue last year. Perhaps the big space, older mall and open ceiling exposing the sunshine sure doesn't help. This is a very popular mall. It could def be better here.
