He didn't listen when I told him the constraints of the equipment being installed, so the unit is in an awkward place for it's use. If money is the main thing, this is ok.

When electrician arrives he did not have a needed material to start the job much less complete at it . I supplied over $140 in material so electrician could complete this task . He handed me a bill that was 23% higher than the estimate and the job was not done properly . When I refused to pay the difference because I had supplied all the material for the exception of one plastic junction box and a 30 amp Circuit breaker I was not informed of the price change prior to them starting work . This was a straight forward job. If they did not have the material befor they started the job , why show up for a job you're hired to perform , without the necessary tools ???

My partner used the Request a Quote function and heard back from Carlos shortly thereafter. We were having an issue where a ceiling fan had mysteriously stopped working, but the remote was still working and the battery hadn't died. It was great to note that he charges a fee for coming to check out the problem, but that fee goes towards the job if you choose to go with him. Carlos set a window of 12-2 to come by to check it out and he called me at 1 to confirm that he was 20 minutes out. Loved that, because it gave me time to finish up what I was doing and get ready. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a short time. While he was here, I also had him check on another electrical issue and he confirmed that it needed to be fixed to keep my house safe. He gave me an estimate and said I can call to schedule him. The service was swift, but what I really appreciated was also the conversation. Carlos is Colombian, and speaks multiple languages, and we talked about restaurants and other stuff while he worked. I appreciated this and felt very comfortable with him in my house while I was alone. I'll definitely be calling to schedule him again for the next job I need done, and I'm happy to have an electrician now! Highly recommend :)

The breaker trips when the stove and oven are used simultaneously. My management company called their electrician who indicated it should have been a different size wire and breaker to avoid this problem. Bobby told me that what he did was to code. I had yet another electrician go out and change the breaker to what it should have been. He said you have to have the knowledge to know what will work, and code is the MINIMUM requirement. I did have an issue with a fan tripping the breaker during the one-year warranty and they did repair that. However, unless you are looking to have the bare minimum done to code, which MAY work until a few weeks after the warranty expires, I would not recommend this business.
