Unfortunately we are very disappointed with the service. The first impression was good because Victor came to do the quote as soon we requested even being late at night. However, our experience after that was terrible. Victor didn't come on the day he scheduled to do the work. We had to message to remind him. He came on the next day. He also added a spot light in the room. The new circuit breaker tripped on the 1st test, but worked on the 2nd one. As soon Victor and his colleague left the house we noticed the ceiling drywall piece that was cut for the light spot was thrown in the middle of the plants in our front yard. On the next day when we tried to use the new outlet, it was not working, we checked the circuit breaker and it was off. We turned it on and it was tripping instantly. We message Victor and he guaranteed the work done has warranty and it would be fixed. However, he said he would come multiple days but he has never appeared. When we finally scheduled a day, very late like 9:30pm/10pm, at the time he was supposed to be in the house he sent a message saying he noticed his stock of circuit breakers was gone. He would need to buy more. He discovered that only on the time he was supposed to be in the house. When we asked for a day to come, he said he could not schedule a day or a time (what?!) to so the work, but it would be a day this week. He never messaged us interested in complete the work. We messaged him this week again, he said he would check if the circuit breaker was delivered or not. We messaged next day again asking if he would come and he didn't answer back. The work was not completed, we really had a hard time to schedule appointments and this company has no commitment with the client. We ended up asking another professional to complete Victor's work. And yes, the circuit breaker Victor put was really defective.

They scammed me out of $2200 by saying I needed a new electrical panel when it was quite clear (as later diagnosed by the INTERNET PROVIDER) all I actually needed was a call to FPL to have them fix an open neutral wire, which was free, and did fix all the issues. They sent a new dude who hacked my siding and when confronted about it, they promised to fix it twice but no call/no showed. After confronting Robert about their negligence and predatory tactics regarding the unfinished job and the missed open neutral wire, he agreed they must have "missed that" and promised to refund my money over the course of two weeks, but then reneged on that promise and just blocked my calls. The WORST PART of it, was that after replacing the panel they assured me my house was safe and no longer a fire hazard for my kids however when Spectrum came to repair their equipment they advised they wouldn't touch anything as my home was "an extreme fire hazard and in immediate risk of burning down until FPL comes out". FPL confirmed this should have been obvious to any Electeician and was in fact such an extreme fire risk. Don't trust these unprofessional unqualified scammers! After the new panel didn't fix ANYTHING they were gonna have me spend almost $3K more and start ripping up my ceiling, chasing made up problems.
