It was clear when the job was unsatisfactory completed, he had no intention of doing the job I wanted, that he would hang the tv and use a white enclosure to hide the wires instead of placing an electrical outlet and running the wires the proper way. I HIGHLY recommend before you even think about utilizing this company, you get quotes from at least 20 different companies, and make him your very last option. He mounted it on the wall, ran the proper HDMI cables for a great 4K experience and calibrated the tv and audio equipment so that we got the full benefit from our sound system to the tv. I could not have done this myself. He has the correct equipment to do a professional installation which we have never experienced before. He installed it with a wall mount, hid the wires, installed my old TV in my office along with my PS4 and Apple TV.
