We got 5-star service from the team that came out; they installed fan speed switches, added outlets, updated electrical to our summer kitchen, put up lights in a bedroom without any and even set up a ghost switch in our closet for a hard-to-reach light switch. Extra stars - I had to cancel on the team on our scheduled appointment because I went into labor. When we finally rescheduled, they brought me a onesie for our little guy! Then they vented the refrigerant into the atmosphere (see video) and quoted me $16,000-$24,000 for a replacement system. The next day, a reputable company found the real issue was actually minor, and none of those components were bad. However, because ACE had already vented the refrigerant, and my system used an older type, I ended up having to replace it anyway. The more reputable company replaced the entire system--unit, air handler, everything--for just over $10,000--about *HALF* of ACE's quote. Bottom line: ACE Solves It All turned a simple fix into a full replacement and quoted double the price. Their efforts to make a sale cost me more than $10,000. Think very, very carefully before letting them touch your HVAC system.

Same review left on Google bc they kept hounding me via text and email…read more Perhaps people giving good reviews aren't getting comparative quotes or are doing some very small jobs because the estimates received were outrageous. Work asked for install chandelier, change 4 recessed lights to modern recessed lights, install outlet outside to light trees and install 220v outlet in the kitchen. I spoke with 4 companies in addition to Top Flight Electric. Top Flight was multiple thousands more than the other quotes received. Top Flight sends 3 estimates, the "Piece of Mind" most expensive estimate was extremely laughable because the they may as well be re-wiring my entire 4k sqft house and the neighbors house. Absolutely would not recommend.
