After paying my deductible I have not been able to reach them. They issued an incorrect report on the problem I'm having and called it or said there was no maintenance to the pool that caused the problem. Well thank goodness for camera phones. I had taken a pictures of the pool in two separate months about a month apart, clearly showing I maintained the pool and the problem is recent and that I was not having problems/issues prior to claiming this issue.
