So why would I let you paint the door the wrong color? For the move-out cleaning, you didn't arrive on time, so no, 8 hours of cleaning were not done. You did spend a good amount of time cleaning my home, but that's what happens when it's one person cleaning a 4-bedroom, 3-bath home. And the house wasn't spotless. Lisa came to the home on 3/16/20 and said the painters would be here at 8:00 AM on 3/17/20, yet later that evening she emailed us back and claimed they couldn't start until sometime halfway through the day (without indicating a time). Lisa sent more emails on 3/17/20 requesting more money for different services, we agreed to a new amount after a few more emails. After 3:00 PM 3/17/20 . More excuses from Lisa on 3/17/20 with her emails to us indicating banks may be closed and their supplies are difficult to come by, etc. I explained to Lisa there is no order that banks or closed nor are stores closed that seller paints and or their supplies. Lisa refunds me and refuses to work on my home, after I told her over and over to proceed with work, after she asked us multiple times if we wish to proceed or not. Waster weeks with this company, a lot of heartache. There is no excuse for this terrible customer service. Avoid unless you like wasting time + adding aggravation to your life. Now I must seek a new painter and start the whole process all over again. To that dejean said we need to go our separate ways, Please find someone else and I said OK. But he did say that they are installing granite countertops in the Villages. That is how little they value thier customers. Oh and never pay them anything up front, never, never! When the work is all done, and done correctly, then pay. They were trying to scam me. They kept trying billing me for the rest of the money BEFORE the work was done. I said, when the work is done. In fact I should not have even paid the $250. I can imagine if I had paid them the remaining $360 before they finished. I bet they would have bailed too and stolen the $360.
