A friend recommended Mike, and once things dried out, he patched all the drywall and repainted those walls around it. It was better than before. More recently, we hired him again to pressure-wash and paint the entire exterior of our house. We moved in 16 years ago, and my father-in-law and I painted ourselves. It was a miserable experience, and after all that, my wife and I always hated the color. This time around, Mike worked solo and did such an amazing job painting. He even recommended the colors we went with for the main house, the trim, and the front door, and he had much better taste than we would have had. He even replaced some rotten wooden boards surrounding our pointless chimney, and of course he painted them as well. It looks like a new house, and it looks BIGGER, too. Our next-door neighbors saw him in action and hired him to pressure-wash their house, and now he is painting my in-laws' house. Mike is a great guy who works hard and stands behind his work. The owner added THOUSANDS onto our initial estimate every time we spoke with him. He hired his cousin (who was not a painter) to finish the job, leaving us with sloppy work and unfinished areas like behind the toilets and around the shower tiles. Now while standing at the sink I can see the old dark gray paint behind the toilet tank. This could have easily been done with a paint brush. I have two young children so bringing paint in here now is nearly impossible. I've had to deal with a lot of imperfections because we agreed we did not want that company to come back here.
