Mike essentially built a custom single cabinet and utilized the existing molding and trim pieces; so one would never know it wasn't the original cabinet installation. We played phone tag for a day or so and then I got on their schedule to come out today. Bobby arrived several minutes early, handed me his business card and introduced himself. I use to be weary when paying someone by the hour- but I am beyond impressed! He didn't stop working on my small job for even a few seconds. I like to get to know people when in my house and keep up small talk- yet he stayed working and speaking to me the entire time. He finished the job almost an hour and a half earlier than what I was originally quoted and was able to jump to another small project I had questions on. He continuously asked to use a broom to clean up but I declined (I had to deep clean the entire house anyways). Customer service goes a long way in my book- my fans look beautiful!
