I really wanted to like this company. I really did. My A/C…read morewent out over the Fourth of July weekend (of course). Not only did they answer the phone on a Sunday, but scheduled a technician to come out the next day. Awesome! The technician arrived right on schedule, was very pleasant, and determined within seconds of hearing the A/C turn on that it must be the capacitor for the compressor. I've dealt with capacitors a lot in my life as an electrical engineer, so I knew that that should be a cheap fix. Chinese A/C capacitors sell for $25 on Amazon, so even with a small, local company mark-up I was expecting to get away with maybe a hundred bucks, plus the $95 service charge for coming out. To my surprise they charged me $420 for the capacitor, so with the service charge I paid $515 for a capacitor that Amazon sells for $65 (US made, not Chinese). I believe that at this point, the company is taking advantage of customers when they otherwise have to live in 95 degree heat, and I cannot recommend this company at all!

Everything was installed neatly and professionally, and you can tell they don't cut corners. They also cleaned up thoroughly inside and outside, leaving the work area spotless when they finished. I especially appreciated their professionalism, attention to detail, and work ethic, even while working in the Florida heat.
