On the last day of the work this dejean character calls me to tell me that we can start working again in a month and then after a bit the said that you never want to do the work on weekends. I wonder if I work for them or they work for me, but the way they work, not impressed. Anyway he said the weekends are better for us and so I said ok, I can be flexible. To that dejean said we need to go our separate ways, Please find someone else and I said OK. But he did say that they are installing granite countertops in the Villages. That is how little they value thier customers. Oh and never pay them anything up front, never, never! When the work is all done, and done correctly, then pay. They were trying to scam me. They kept trying billing me for the rest of the money BEFORE the work was done. I said, when the work is done. In fact I should not have even paid the $250. I can imagine if I had paid them the remaining $360 before they finished. I bet they would have bailed too and stolen the $360. Oh and they left a mess too. dejean wanted to dump some left over paint on the ground! I said no, it needs to be disposed of properly. He said that everyone does this. Well anyone who takes shortcuts and does not care will do this. Yeah, they take short cuts and break environmental laws too. Oh they gave me the business so I am letting everyone know. STAY AWAY.
