From the first call to the final walk-through, it was clear they take customer satisfaction seriously. Aaron and Chris were both awesome. Super friendly and very detail-oriented. It's rare these days to find a company that still takes that kind of pride in their work. Would definitely use them again.

He was on time and prepared, and his team set up immediately and got to work making my windows sparkle. They cleaned the glass and screens, and left my windows looking brand new. They even detailed the frames and handles around the glass. Before they left, they checked over each window inside and out to make sure that there weren't any spots left behind. My home is on an open acre, so a lot of dirt and grass gets blown around and sticks to everything, but they got it all. They are very professional and priced fair. I highly recommend Sam's business and will definitely be booking them regularly every few months.

The services that were advertised and sold do not match the services provided. Someone came to our…read moredoor from this company selling their services. They said the service was to spray the windows, frame, and sills with a clear sealant that will help seal cracks and prevent water intrusion. Gutter cleaning was also added to clean the inside of gutters and flush out the downspouts. When the technician came the next day I found out the service was for basic window washing and to clean the exterior of the gutters, not the inside. The "sealant" was basically rainX into the cleaning solution. The technician was nice, but the windows sills still had some dirt and water marks after the cleaning was done. I consider this overall shady business practice to inaccurately describe the services in order to gain a sale.
