I found this company as a referral from another satisfied customer to have my driveway and walkway…read morepavers cleaned, re-sanded, and sealed. Jun, the owner, did an OUTSTANDING job for me!!!!! When he arrived (early!) to give an estimate, I could tell immediately that he was passionate about his work...and I was right. He explained the process and identified some areas which needed extra attention (calcium build-up and some cement splatter). He quoted a VERY COMPETITIVE price. He was extremely professional, polite, and respectful. As promised, he promptly e-mailed me a written, detailed proposal. Once I booked the job with him, he kept me informed of his schedule and when I could expect the job to be done. He arrived early for the job with his son, Kevin. He and Kevin greeted me, asked if I had any questions and got to work. They didn't just powerwash the pavers, they machine-scrubbed (with a soap solution) and thoroughly rinsed the pavers. They properly sanded with the appropriate product specifically made for the job (not just plain sand). He then applied 2 coats of professional-grade sealer (not the cheap stuff from big-box stores). The finished job looked BETTER THAN NEW!!!!! His son, Kevin, was extremely polite, courteous, and respectful!!! I also referred him to 2 neighbors that very same day! I will use him again!!! Thank you, Jun....AWESOME JOB!!!!!

They are the best, now my pool is warm and my kids are happy…read more I requested a quote and everything was installed 3 weeks after, they even throwed a solar blanket for free, all hardware is stainless steel and actually they made the whole thing tighter that it was moving the filter in a better position, really happy! Thank you

Had 9 existing solar thermal pool heater panels on my roof. 12 years old and leaking quite a bit…read more Had Excel Solar come out and give me a replacement bid. Their bid was $13,000 and they wouldn't warrant their work unless I put a new roof on 1st!! Metal roof is 20 years old....good for 40 years. I assume that they worried about adding more roof penetrations for tie-downs. I found an outfit in CA, Solar Pool Supply Inc. I worked with Tyler. I sent him my panel measurements and my existing tie-down placements. He set me up with panels that would utilize the existing tie-downs. I paid $4,500 for the 9 panels and installation parts. I tore the old panels off, cut them up, and had the city pick them up for free. Took me less than 6 hours to install the new panels. Not a leak! (I'm pretty handy, but am not a plumber. Actually an IT computer nerd.) FYI, I took the time to put roof sealant on and around all the existing tie-down brackets for my piece of mind. So, back to Excel Solar's "generous" bid....I would think that being in the business, they would be able buy the panels for about $3,000 where I paid $4,500. So the $13,000 bid included about $10,000 labor. The job took me, a rookie, less than 6 hours with no other help. So Excel Solar wanted about $2,000 an hour labor. Stay away from these guys. Nuclear scientists and brain surgeons charge less.

This is hands-down the best plumbing company in the area…read more They replaced my hot water heater in May, 2016. I unfortunately only left a negative review for Tom Walker Plumbing after they bumbled the job, but I had this blurb in it that I just copied and pasted about Cocoa Beach Plumbing: "I called Cocoa Beach Plumbing, and they immediately checked on the part, told me they would order it and have it the next business day, and have a plumber over to install it; and, they provided a flat rate for the work, in advance." Fast forward to today, 7/19/19. My wife and I found that no water would go down our sink and the garbage disposal wouldn't work. We were in town to review painting and caulking work done by a contractor of Bennett and Sons AC, named Jorge (more on this later). Cocoa Beach Plumbing showed up within 2 hours of us calling them, and offered a flat rate for the trip, the diagnosis and a new garbage disposal. $237. Super rate! The technician, Ryan is amazing. Super professional and clearly knows his stuff. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it, even though it was probably one of the most difficult disposal replacement jobs anyone has done. Now, back to Jorge. Inside the disposal, Ryan found a ton of paint and caulking. Everything below the sink was actually glued together with caulking and paint. Apparently, Jorge thought it was a good idea to dump paint and caulking down the garbage disposal while no one was looking. Ryan is still charging us the flat rate, despite all of the extra work. Now, that's service. Ryan was able to save our sink and a ton of extra cost. He went the extra mile for us. The hot water heater they installed for us 3 years ago is still working perfectly, and the drywalling they did inside the closet is similarly perfect. Cocoa Beach Plumbing is an honest company with great professionals. Don't call anyone else. I know I never will.
