I kept seeing the name Orange County Roofing over and over again with beaming reviews. I chose about 4 companies and Orange County Roofing is the only one that had a professional, prompt response. In fact they were out to determine the scope of work in about 30 minutes from my very first phone call, well before other companies even responded. Jeff and Andy were extremely professional, thorough and accessible. They answered all my questions, which I had a lot of! Dealing with contractors sometimes they pick and choose what they want to include in the scope of work, but Orange County Roofing made a list of all my requests and made sure I was happy with each and every one of them. I was amazed at the speed of completion. Jeff assured me they would send out a full team and have it done in a matter of days. In fact the roof have been entirely completed in 2 days had there not been a bit of rain in between, but hey, that's Orlando. The price was extremely reasonable and the quality of work could not have been better. I have had a few neighbors come by and see the quality of work and beauty of the new shingles. I have absolutely no hesitance in recommending Orange County Roofing to my neighbors or anyone in need.

I was having…read moreconstruction done on my home, and the moving of some walls created several unforeseen roofing leaks.. Owner said he'd come out and take a look to see if it could be repaired or replaced.. He sent out a repair guy who said there was "absolutely no reason" to go with the company (who showed up at the same time) and gave a quote on a complete new roof.. he could fix the issue. Since we were in the middle of a remodel, time and money were issues and we decided to go with them and the repair even though a new roof wasn't going to cost that much more. Well, the fix didn't fix the problem and they've been out now a total of 3 times.. Andy the owner came out after call #2 and said that he wouldn't reshingle the roof, but instead put up a much more expensive modified roof on my home because of the pitch.. He was the only roofer to say this, and this is where my feelings towards the company turned sour.. Because if he would have come out to view the house, like he said he would, PRIOR to the repair, during inspection and said this, i could have saved the almost 2k i paid for the repair and instead only paid another 1.5k for a new roof!! He then, after the second leak, said he'd be out personally to completely the 3rd repair on it.. He didn't come out, the same guy who was fixing it originally did.. Nothing against the guy who completed the repairs, but its 2 stars, because had i have been told up front they wouldn't reshingle the roof, or not have been told this would absolutely fix the problem, i would have just went ahead with a new roof from a competing company.. I'm not sure if the repairs have actually taken this time.. but, after a complete remodel of the interior i'm left with a patchy looking roof and a worry every time it rains. Therefor, i can't in any good conscious recommend this company.

On the scheduled day the crew showed up promptly as promised and worked quickly to remove the old shingles. By mid day the crew was replacing needed areas of sheathing and started laying the water protection barrier, then the shingles. I was amazed at how well the team worked together. It was obvious that they were a working team. Professional, efficient, and courteous would describe this company. John is the owner of the company and is totally hands on.
