I called Can-Am Roofing when they first opened on Monday morning. General Manager, "Jamie Steen," was on site within two hours of my call. The weak link in the roof is the chimney and, based upon decades of problem-solving, was Jamie's first thought. Jamie inspected via the attic and saw the water leak path from the chimney, down a girder, to a light fixture in the kitchen. Then Jamie inspected the chimney, as well as the whole roof. During all facets of the inspection, Jamie provided me with a running commentary and photographs. Jamie then provided an estimate with details of the repair. Today, Thursday, Jamie and his team, "Hector" and "William," completed the repairs, and improved on other facets of the chimney. As soon as I heard Jamie's voice on Monday, I could feel the weight on my shoulders disappear. We are blessed to have Can-Am Roofing in our lives. The workmanship the team displayed was outstanding. The crew was friendly and respectful at all times, they completed daily cleanup.
