From the very beginning, starting with the sales process where we were very meticulous in our choices of options, to the final installation our questions were answered and we felt supported. This is mainly due to Melissa who returned calls, texts and emails in a timely manner answering our questions, sending notifications and confirming milestone dates. Anthony, Joaquin and Neo installed the room in just over 2 days while exhibiting good workmanship and keeping the work area tidy. I will be recommending them to anyone who asks. We have been so pleased with our lanai and pool screen from the first time Billy came out and gave us an estimate. Our project was completed this spring. We had a minor issue with a screen door lock. The teardown and rebuild took awhile to add two feed of concrete to the existing pad, build a 10 foot ceiling, and add electrical for two fans. So happy with the final result. Superior Aluminum is pricey but is definitely worth the price. We started the process back in October. The salesman was able to work with our price and made sure we were happy with the situation. The next step is the hardest part, the waiting. We signed the contract in October, and they didn't start building until March. The waiting was very nerve-wracking. Melissa was fantastic, keeping us updated through the whole process. It just felt like the entire process took a lot longer compared to other screened porches. When they finally started, they were able to get the work done in a couple of days. The workers were great, and they were very detailed oriented. The final product was a beautiful screened-in porch that everyone loves. The one thing I love is the kick plates for the screened porch match the house. So it feels like an addition to the home. (They are one of the few places that finance, so they do work with you) read more

There was a delay from signing until construction began; however we chose a different company to replace our old wooden patio with cement. Superior Aluminum Installations does install cement patios but they do not stamp (Pattern) surface, which we wanted. They did come early on and remove the old screen room; and I could easily communicate with their office via messaging. Their work crews were polite, respectful of our property and very efficient. I would like to personally thank the driver this morning who almost ran me over on my bicycle. My quick actions likely saved my own life. It occurred @11:04am at the intersection of Timber Springs Boulevard and Avalon Park Boulevard. You were turning right on to Avalon Park Boulevard North. I am not sure how you could miss me with my 550 LUMEN flashing front light. If you had ACTUALLY STOPPED AT THE STOP SIGN it may of helped. Your blinker may be broken since it was not working. I would recommend getting the blinker and brakes serviced. I had to lay my bicycle down to prevent going under your wheels. There was another driver next to you that witnessed the incident along with another cyclist. At least they were both nice enough to see if I was ok. You seemed to have no issue speeding off. If any of us could have got your plate I am sure the outcome would be much different. I called and spoke to someone who stated they would do something. Highly doubtful. In my personal opinion, the quality of employees reflects upon the quality of work and service. I would NEVER utilize your services nor ever recommend you to anyone. read more

I had a tiny patio and entry that I wanted to screen in. The job was only about 5K. The salesman kept telling me it was a small job that could be done in a few hours after scheduling..no problem. I paid 33% of the cost up-front. Nearly two months later, they still need a permit and can never answer me about the timeline. Everything is wait and see. I have other work I would like to get done at the house, and this job is preventing that from getting done. I finally decided to cancel this morning because I need to get my concrete patio poured and can't continue to wait. I was notified that I now owe them 40% of the contract price since I want to cancel, and they expect a check. I am not paying them another dime for work that was not done. I am sick of companies taking advantage of me. I will happily see them in court. It's not even the money; it's the principle. I just got off the phone with them, and they let me know that legally, they are doing everything within their legal obligations and rights, and they have been doing this for 50 years. They also love to remind you that they are a Christian company; legal and Christian don't make it right, especially when you word contracts to lock customers in for fees even if they do not do the work and the customer cannot continue to wait. Speaking of contracts, there was some shadiness about the contract signing, but I will leave it at that. They caught me at a time when I had two companies try me in a month, and I am over it. read more

We had them to install a patio with concrete and bricks, also to screened patio in. They did some work for a neighbor so we chose them instead of four seasons. We just had it finished and the work itself seems fine for now. But we are very disappointed at their sales person, contract setting, very slow process ( only speeded up when it's time for payment). First, They didn't start the work like what the contract said would do it within 2 months. It took 3 months for them to start the work. Another month to finish patio and the screen. Work itself is quick, but scheduling is very slow, not like what they say" it will finish all in one week". Secondly, sales person promised us for installing door steps (tiny area of bricks right outside the screen door). And nobody clarified to us until work is completed, that this is never included in the contract. It would cost additional $560 for two door steps if we want to add it. Also sales person told us it's life time warranty, which is actually only 2 years on the frame, no screens. So I recommend you NOT to believe everything sales person said, and how fast they say it will finish your job. Moreover go through contract carefully! Bottom line, I would never recommend them to others, especially the price is not cheaper than anyone else. And with the service, i am very dissatisfactio. read more

We had Superior come out and do a new patio extension and screen enclosure last year and were very happy with the work. However, now that we are needing some light screen work and overhaul maintenance we can't get a call back, even after months of trying to set up a day and time. At this point, I guess they only care about the big jobs and could care less about service after the job. The crazy thing is, when you call, the recording talks about how much they care about service after the job! PS our sales lady Michele was fantastic and we loved working with her as she knows her stuff and made the choice of picking Superior an easy one. I am so sad with your terrible work and you won't fix your mistake! Our pavers were discolored from the time you laid them. Look at them! I don't go outside or have the shades open because I get sick each time I see your poor quality of work. We paid over $8,000.00 and can't enjoy it. Andy (your rep) had the rep R.R. from the paver manufacturer Oldcastle look at the pavers and he told us to chemically clean them, I phone R.R. back to ask a question and he stated we were better off to replace them all. We are now 4 months into the process of getting a simple screen room for our home. When we purchased we were told it would be 2 months. Follow up is horrible at best they tell you every 2 weeks but that doesn't happen. When you speak to them at the office they are rude and basically don't seemed to concerned about your install or care for your business. We were told we were getting installed home waiting and when we inquired why they hadn't showed up they told us it wouldn't be until the next day. No follow up to tell us they changed the day and really felt the person I spoke to could have cared less. There are way to many places that do the same work to have to deal with this. Take your money and time elsewhere. I gave them 1 star because there sales rep has tried hard to help us and the way we have been handled is not his fault. read more

We chose Superior due to their outstanding reviews, however in hindsight I would have shopped around. We started the process the at the end of January and we are just now installed. Due to issues with permitting we were told we'd be expedited, however if normal install occurs 6-8 weeks after permitting and we get out permit May 9th, it seems to not be the case. Every phone call was complete confusion, no one seemed to know where we were on our project and now, 4 days after installation, a part of the structure already needs repairing. As my frustration grew during the long process the team kept telling me, not to worry because I will love the product, but we already have a defect, so I think not. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We lost thousands of dollars. We contracted with Superior 1/11/2018. We finally(10/18/2018) have our pool screen enclosure finished by another company. We lost our $5,500+ deposit, the money to correct the mess they made, the cost of an attorney to take the permit away from them. They filed a plan with the city the HOA specifically declined using an approval form from an earlier plan they did not want to build. We did not get them out to build until after we filed a complaint with the BBB. They came out to build the wrong plan. They wanted me to go against the HOA; I refused so they walked off the job. If you have a complaint file it with the DBPR, Department of Business and Professional Regulations. My mother joked she would not live long enough to see the project finished: she did not. She died 7/24/2018. This so-called "Christian" company will answer to a higher being someday for their actions. read more

Can't get it right on the first, second, or third time, but it eventually got done. We were repeat customers, and the substantial premium we paid over competitive bids was not worth it. Problems with: permitting and inspection (delays & failures), SUBCONTRACTOR for electrical (had to go outside and help, dirtied inside house), lack of communication (to me and within their organization), not getting the job right first, second, or third time (even after complaints), quick to ask for final payment. A tiny discount was given, but something is better than nothing, right? In short, the final product looks great. The journey to get there was not great. This took way too much personal time & energy to get resolved. read more

I had the Superior Aluminum do my patio and I admit, they did an excellent job. However, when it comes to paper work they are very slow. They had my approved permit from November and they end up doing my patio in March. After 2-3 months of installation their secretary called to set up the inspection from the county. However, I gave five because the important thing to me is they did an excellent job on the enclosure and that's the place I'll be seeing everyday not the delay of paper work. read more

I should have read recent reviews before going with this company. I took the recommendation from a friend who did business with them over 10 years ago. The salesman did make a lot of promises that haven't been kept. The process is very slow, it's going on about 4 months now and it's not done. There is no project contact so I received calls from 5-6 different contractors for each part of the process that had no idea what was going on. Nobody at the office seems to know what's going on with my project either, and it's taken almost 2 weeks to resolve an issue that was caused due to poor planning and the company not knowing that I had electrical work that had to be done. On top of all that, a requested add on was left off the original quote, and when I brought it to the attention of one of the 6 people that called me, he told me it would be taken care of. It didn't get installed, and when I brought it up to someone in the office, she claimed to have no idea who the man I spoke to was, doesn't know who would have called me, and told me she could add it back onto the project - for a fee. Charging me for a mistake that they made - not a fan of that! I would not recommend this company due to the unorganized mess. Horrible customer service from reception to owner. I called to speak with Ericka because that's who I dealt with from start to finish of my project and they told me she no longer works there, WHICH IS A HUGE SHAME. She was the only one with any kind of common sense and understanding, not to mention the only one that got anything done and took action. I spoke with a "manager" name Icaro, or however you spell it, and I say manager VERY lightly. This guy is a joke and VERY rude! I then call and speak with a Victoria to have the owner call me and she said "He doesn't do that" And I assume since the owner has not contacted me, it's safe to say she wasn't lying. Either that or the owner doesn't care! Either way, NOT ACCEPTABLE for the amount of money I paid!!!! A word of advice, get rid of your problem, which is "management" and "customer service" and start over. Seems like all the good employees you had are gone! read more
