After having no success getting 3 prior contactors to do the job (they all were unreliable and never followed through in actually starting the job or giving a quote), I found David. He was very responsive to setting up a date/time for a quote, showed up on time to inspect, then promptly gave the quote, and was again on time and efficient in doing the job. Also, the damage to the subfloor was more extensive than anticipated, but David was readily able to adapt to get the job done. Some of the replacement tiles I had ordered also had damage, and David was also able to navigate that issue with no problem. Best of all, the price was fair and competitive. The end result looked great and the subfloor is solid once again. I cannot recommend David enough should you ever need tile work done. I know I'll be back and will recommend him to family and friends.
