In total we had 8 screens replaced and are very happy. Quality of work was great and both installers Mike and Andrew were professional and courteous. Communication was not great, I had to follow up with them several times, but once I brought the issue up to the manager, they were good at following up and therefore, I am giving them a 5 star rating and recommend to anyone looking to have their screens replaced. I will use them again. My only complaint, and maybe something for them to improve on, is that when you call the number on the website and the one linked on their Yelp profile no one answer the phone with the company name, they simply answer with "hello" so at first, you think you have the wrong number and want to hang up.

We started our project and then I changed my mind on the design (so glad I did) and then the city shut down. While the city was shut down, Jon continuously kept us in the loop as to what was going on with our project. Finally once the city opened back up again, he contacted us immediately to let us know they were ready as soon as we were. Strange times we live in but once we opened back up, we were back in business. We were able to get our screen up in a couple of days. The guys that came out were knowledgeable, courteous, and very respectful. During this entire process, the communication was open and frequent. She was even very accommodating in having the technician text me when they were on their way. They completed the job within 2 hours, which I thought was pretty fast. And it looks absolutely amazing! I'm so obsessed with just the quality of craftsmanship. I also opted for the smaller screen holes so that nothing can get in. If you are allergic to mosquitos like me, I would highly recommend requesting the smaller hole screen. It's a slight up charge but so worth. And their prices are incredibly affordable!
