The reason why this is a 3 star review is because for 8 days they billed the exact amount of insurance coverage we had. The dryers they used are $800 each on Amazon (the exact same brand) and the air filtration unit was around $600. So for about half of their charge I could have just bought the units and ran them myself. They were also supposed to coordinate the testing and remediation efforts -- the testing happened, but I never got a report back and there really was no coordination of efforts for the remediation. Their remediation partner submitted an estimate that was also for the exact amount of our coverage and I never got to see any estimates before they went to the insurance company. I would consider them if I had a big job, but I would know to get estimates and prices up front. For another small job, I would just dry it out myself.

Then they started dealing with my insurance company and the insurance agent immediately felt that something was off. The insurance agent notified us that their pricing was way to high for the amount of work and materials. Sure enough, there were charges for work that wasn't being performed. Yes, they will ask you for 40-50% up front before they perform any type of work. That's when everything went South and so did my outlook on this young company. We have over 20 different estimates for the same job with different prices. I guess the price changed daily. They didn't check their line items. They (CEO Restorations) we're ready to charge us thousands...and swearing by it...even accusing our insurance agent of fraud. We initially hired them to do a remodel in our upstairs guest bathroom and garage due to a leak. All the materials were bought by me. My vanity, paint, baseboards, tiles. Tiles were laid down, the vanity was freestanding and did not have to be attached to the wall, the baseboards were never attached and they never painted. The charge for all this was $6,200. When I called them out on it, magically their estimate went down by almost half to 3,900. I called someone else and got it all done including painting and baseboards for 660. The holes in the game room and the garage were repaired and texturized for 750. The total amount they wanted for the work was 14,000+ for the same work. Today, 9/23/2020 I was contacted by CEO restoration for a resolution. After two weeks of waiting for a final revised copy of the work done, an associate of this company stated, "well, I don't have a correct estimate here since there are so many... (He is correct because we have over 20 different estimates) You mean you call me without a corrected revised estimate...after waiting two weeks?!
