They issued an incorrect report on the problem I'm having and called it or said there was no maintenance to the pool that caused the problem. Well thank goodness for camera phones. I had taken a pictures of the pool in two separate months about a month apart, clearly showing I maintained the pool and the problem is recent and that I was not having problems/issues prior to claiming this issue. Best Stucco Contractor...period…read more Kenroy Reid contracted to replace the stucco on our 2 story, 14 window replacement project. He also suggested a comprehensive look at some critical issues on the house to be repaired prior to painting. The project was a few months away but Kenroy kept in touch and was flexible with our schedule. Once the windows were replaced, he was on site the next day doing all the work to replace the window's stucco bands. He stayed until the job was complete late on a Saturday. Kenroy noticed an issue with one of our roof intersections with a vertical wall and suggested we improve the flashing on the roof. He removed the stucco in the area and found long neglected water damage. He fixed the water damage and brought in a roofer to add the needed flashing. Kenroy's attention to detail and onsite management were critical to doing a top quality job. We are very happy with the work and will ask him to come back when we are ready for some additional stucco work. Thank you Kenroy for a better than expected stucco result!
