Then out of nowhere he texted me saying he was "shutting down his business." When I asked for my refund for the unfinished work, he stopped responding completely and has ignored every message since. I've been left with no floors, no kitchen progress, and a major financial loss. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I would not recommend this company or Anthony Wishart to anyone.

Both times, they've taken all of the stress out of a major home renovation/repair. They put an incredible amount of care into all their work and treat your home as if it were their own. Each day, they covered everything in the area to ensure there was no excess dust (very important to me, having asthma). They covered my floors to protect them from all the traffic. The finished products were incredibly beautiful and flawless! They even had someone come by and clean the house! It was spotless! I don't have a single complaint! On top of all of this, his staff has the best customer service I've ever seen in a contracting company. They arrived early every single day and worked HARD! At the end of each day we were excited to see all the progress! It really was an exciting experience. Additionally, his crew is incredibly friendly! Every crazy request we made and every time we added something new on their plate, they smiled and got it done happily! It was as if they truly took pride in giving us the finished product we wanted! I can go on and on about how happy we are with CSL and the work they've done for us. We will undoubtedly be using them again, and you should too!!

Slow service, outsourcing to third party teams and sloppy work -- we gave up…read more CSL Construction was recommended to us by a water damage crew after a pipe burst in our home. While the water damage crew (a seperate company) did a great job, CSL has been a headache for the past 3+ months. A project, initially slated to be 2-4 weeks took over 3 months. Workers regularly showed up at 10:30 am to leave by 2pm. So I believe this project could have been finished in that time frame, if people actually showed up. The first image I use to show the date of July 17th, already well into their construction as you can see drywall put back up. Today, September 14, the project was "ended," not necessarily finished, but we gave up with CSL's standards. Along with having third party companies do their work (CSL denies this, but the employees themselves gave me their business cards and told them to call "the real workers" for our next project), we only spoke to our project manager when we had serious issues, when we were told he would show up every 2-3 days. NOT ALL NEGATIVE -- I will say, the hardwood flooring installation was done really well. We requested the floor colors and plank length to be mixed around to make it appear random and they did a really good job at that. * It makes me believe that we were given a team that is focused on floors but can "also kind of" do baseboard. * I will also state that our rebuilt bench is really well done. But, I have to note that Project Manager Hunter himself said that the team of two working on it didn't work under CSL and were hired out. I am disappointed in poor communication, sloppy finishing work and the slow speed. I gave a 2 star, instead of 1, because of the nice looking floor and bench installation. And 1 star (to me) would mean they didn't get the project to a livable level.

As a first-time homeowner I feel so fortunate to have found the one stop shop for all my home…read morerestoration needs! I first used All American Water Restoration to remodel my laundry room in 2020, the home was originally built for a single guy so zero attention went into the spaces I use often. The owners Cheri and Rob came by (talk about white glove service) and noted all of my wants and needs for the space. They provided me a very reasonable estimate and timeline. The final product was more than I could have dreamed! Fast forward to Thanksgiving of 2021 and I find black growth in an area of the home I'm never in. I knew who to call right away! Again, I had them come by and assess. They had our home evaluated for mold levels and types of molds. Unfortunately, we had a mold issue in our second floor (aftermath of a leaking AC unit that had been replaced in 2019). All American completed the work for us on time and with minimal interruption to my family while we were all living in the downstairs area. The second floor was restored to look just like it did before they came in to remediate the issue (bonus, they moved all the furniture and had all of our upstairs garments and sheets laundered for us)! During this time, I found out that they also clean carpets and area rugs - so I have had Smitty (voted best carpet cleaner in Orlando) come by and clean my white area rug (yes, I know, terrible idea to have a white area rug) after parties or if my dog has an accident (which is rare, thank goodness)! So why am I finally writing a review? This past week, I notice my toilet was leaking on a Saturday morning as we were getting ready to head out of town. The owner Rob comes by, taking time away from his Saturday, to check out our issue. He has the leak fixed the SAME DAY! The leak had been undetected for some time, so we have moisture on the walls that is not drying out. I am not freaking out at all because I know that my family and my home are in the best hands with All American Water Restoration!

Our dogs went to their kennels as they always did. When we returned home, two hours later we opened the door to a house completely filled with smoke. We had an electrical fire which resulted in the loss of most of our personal belongings and our two beautiful dogs, leaving our beautiful "dream house" in shambles. I tell you all of this because I want it known that your company did so much more then providing property repair. My wife and I found ourselves lost and overwhelmed. I truly had no idea what to do. A couple of days after the fire I had found a flyer from your company on the door of the house. I subsequently met with Chris Barnett who not only outlined what your company could provide, he showed compassion, understanding and patience. This took such a weight off of us and gave us a direction when it had appeared that all was loss. Chris was outstanding guiding us along through every step. Then Chris did the greatest thing. He provided Ray Hernandez as the superintendent for our home's repair. Ray is truly amazing! He is knowledgeable, detail oriented and hands on. Ray's attitude is always positive, caring and friendly. I have not only seen him at the house many times, he often has a tool in his hand helping with the repairs. He truly leads by example with impeccable work ethic. It always makes me feel good after talking with Ray. He keeps me in the loop and always shows compassion and understanding. I am truly grateful for all of this. Now that the house has been completed, we are finally home and the house is more beautiful than before! You can be very proud of your company. Mostly you can be very proud of Chris and Ray.
