We almost did not want to change our counter top after all our corian is still very durable- if its not older than me and the new kitchens I saw from home viewing, I would not want to replace our kitchen counter. After shopping around in several stone houses on OBT, I realized how challenging it is to find a cutter then an installer. I found out that I could save some money if I can find a stonehouse who can also cut and install. I found one company who is located 20 miles away unfortunately, even though I chose a lower end granite I was still quoted over alot. Luckily, Kroner ad popped on my laptop screen and I requested a call. The next day I received Giovanna who was very helpful . Fortunately their showroom is just on 17/92 which is not far from where I live, so I went there with a sample of my newly painted kitchen drawer and my chosen backsplash. Giovanna who I previously spoke with accomodated me by showing their different slabs. And even though there was a miscommunication when I showed up, Giovanna still followed up with me the following week. Within 3 weeks time, I chose which one I wanted, I paid the deposit, someone came over to my house and measured my kitchen, and the next week my new counter top was installed. It could have been faster if I made chose which calacatta I would go with and which template I would approve. One month after my new kitchen counter is installed, I am still a happy customer. I will continue to choose Kroner USA for my future counter top projects. They are reliable, local small family business owners and the price is very competitive and quality is top notch.

Nightmare from the start. Making promises they don't keep, installers they must have hired from the street & owner "Giovana" who cannot even step up and take responsibility for her companies screw up's. Giovana obviously could give a rats ass about her customers!!! That has been made clear from the start. As you can clearly see on the few reviews that she did take time to reply on, she just makes excuses and turns the story around and around to get out of her company screw ups! Oh, they are very good about convoluting , diverting and claiming false statements about what's really going on as well. I could go on & on, but all the reviews pretty much cover what my friend is going through. Ps. I've been in the remodel business for over 20 years.... I've never seen such a pathetic company like this be able to stay in business. 1. Seam looks like 2 school kids did it with a plywood cutting saw!!! ( terrible chips and jagged edges filled with caulk to try to hide ) Didn't even use the proper equipment on the joint and just had 2 guys get at the end and just push it together. GOOD LORD!!! This is 2024 , they have all sorts of technology & equipment out there. You should barely see the seam! 2. Faucet placed wrong so you can't even turn the handle all the way back because it hits the window sill to get stream of hot water. 3. Sink cut-out is not square / overhang in sink is not consistent and.. Chef Sink accessories won't even fit! 4. They didn't use the under mount sink kit that came with the sink. There are gaps where the sink meets the countertop and water can easily get through there and leak into the cabinet. They sent a guy out to look at everything and he agreed that it was terrible workmanship and should have been done without a Seam. Then, they sent another guy out making me think that he was going to address all of the issues. Come to find out, he was strictly sent with instructions to "patch" the seam although the company was fully aware of the multitude of issues as listed above. The gentleman even shared that he makes them pay him in full ahead of time because "he knows he's going to get paid that way" . He agreed that it would be a waste of time for him to patch up the shoddy seam since so many other issues are existing. Of course this all got turned around by a Giovana as "the worker was restricted from doing the work" ! The request was made for Giovana to come out herself to assess and see what a mess her company had made, her response was that she doesn't come to the homes and that also, " any further trips out will require a trip charge because of the previous trips" She is now sluffing this off as a " Cambria" warranty issue !!! This is preposterous!!!!! ****Not sure if others have retained an attorney to make things right, but my friend is definitely going that route now. People need to speak up and put these people out of business so that future unsuspecting customers won't have to endure this nightmare. This is my first review of many to be posted. All I can say people, Run While You Can!!!!!!

The glass doors on the bookshelves have a 1" gap in the middle. There is nothing he can do... Worst purchase I've made in a long time! From these other reviews, it sounds like I'm just one in a long chain of unhappy buyers, and it is not worth the hours it would take to try and get a refund or return happening. Many shelves empty or partially filled. Nothing like in the past when there was plenty to choose from on offer. They had a great selection within various price ranges. Their demo person and installer (Bob) was incredibly neat in his work. Judy, owner, was informative and flexible with our needs and scheduling. Then when they showed up to install it they tried to put in something different than I had ordered and paid for. I feel totally ripped off and hope you'll learn from my mistake. I had other work done by US Aluminum and they actually did what they promised on time and on budget If you need a kitchen, use US aluminum instead. Don't be fooled. I got suckered, I hope you learn from my mistake and hire someone else. Negative stars would be too much credit for the terrible experience I have had.
