Edit 4.18.24: Tech came out and reinstalled the doors. They run smoothly. I love my shower doors. Highly recommend. I was impressed with the consult and price I got for the shower doors. BUT installation hit a snafu. The wrong trim was sent, one of the two installers went back to get it. Not a big deal. However, they left before I could test the doors. The doors do not slide easily. I called the office requesting the installers come back to adjust the doors. I was told they would but have not heard when. In the meantime I have shower doors that do not slide easily. read more

Recently have done an entire bathroom renovation from scratch. My contractor Roland had recommended Dixie to do the custom shower install. I made the call and Adrian was the sales rep who came to give me a quote. He was very knowledgeable and offered advice on what would be best for the space. He thoroughly explained everything and I had a diagram on what to expect after the whole project was finished. I placed the order and 6 weeks later they called to schedule the install. Benito and Juan were my installers and they took their time to be sure it was done perfectly. They were very polite and professional and explained what they were doing during the whole install process. At the end of the day the project turned out beautiful. I would highly recommend them and even Carmen worked with me to schedule the install with my tight schedule. The bathroom looks AMAZING and a whole different look. Great assistance until sale is done. I have issue with my shower door and customer service was not service oriented in any fashion whatsoever. I spent $$$$$ on two bathrooms. Taking care of a customer after a sale is so important in this difficult time and almost impossible to experience.   I certainly know that customers are not always right but my shower door is not working and no-one can shower downstairs. What we are is what we repeatedly do. Doing many small things in great ways and making a customer's concern feel authentic and important is number one right now during Covid. So many have lost jobs, lost loved one and are now helping those who are sick. Companies need to know that every person they encounter has a story. Listen and act like you give a you know what. We found the ad in a home magazine that gets delivered, and talked to three people and got estimates. Although Dixie wasn't the cheapest quote, when I checked the BBB, I wanted to go with them. The custom doors took about a week to come in (more or less). Installation went smoothly and the design, fit and look is of highest quality. Can highly recommend! read more

My MasterBath remodel was made complete by this company. Matt came over last Monday July 8th and the doors were installed July 15th. The area is a odd size but not a problem for them. Very professional company. I contacted Dixie Shower Doors because I had heard great things about them and was given their reference. I spoke to Michelle on the phone, explained the problem I was having (there was a leak in my shower door), and was told to send over an e-mail with photographs, which I did immediately. After a week had passed with no response (not even a reply to the e-mail), I called again, and was told by Michelle that they had received my e-mail and would contact me to let me know if they could fix my problem. I called again a few days later but there was still no response. It has been weeks and I still haven't received a call. I am extremely impressed with this company. I have never had shower doors or glass work done in my home before and it was very difficult picking a company with no experience in this kind of work. I read some positive reviews on Dixie Shower Doors so I called them for a consult. I will also add that I had two other shower door companies come out for a consult as well, so that I could have a few options to choose from. I will say that Dixie Shower Doors was very prompt with my appointment, and they put the most care out of all 3 companies into my proposal. They took precise dimensions, and explained points that I had not even thought about. For example, they told me my wall wasn't 100% level so the glass would be custom cut to have a very slight angle, so that when it was installed, it didn't hit the wall. They also told me that the piece of marble I had in the existing shower could possibly have some discoloration after the work was done and gave me the option of replacing the marble or accepting the risk of discoloration. (These points were not brought up by the other two companies which is why I chose Dixie to do the work.) Note: all three companies' quotes were at same price point within $100 so I was not paying more for exceptional service. Dixie's attention to detail was impressive and it was refreshing to see a company in today's world that still puts care, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction into their work. They were truly experts glass installation and were able to provide options to suit my project-specific needs, and achieve the end look I wanted. The glass did take a couple weeks to customize, but that didn't bother me whatsoever. Upon completion, the job was done right and exceeded my expectations. The shower looks beautiful and I was impressed with the entire job. I would highly recommend Dixie Shower Door!!! read more
