I have called no less than 4 times concerning a defective faucet that Rebath installed when refinishing my bathroom. I did receive a call back from service after calling twice, I sent the photos as requested. Then...radio silence. I called again and the receptionist said that the "ticket" had been closed- she was not sure why . I opened a new one- again, radio silence. I have since purchased my own faucet and as I write this, a plumber is installing the new faucet at a cost of $325. So between buying the faucet and paying for an install, I'm up to about $450. I should have just hired a real contractor to do the original bathroom, but was thinking Rebath would be more cost efficient. Lesson learned read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Re-Bath was a complete waste of time. I scheduled an in-home consultation expecting to see a wide range of materials, finishes, and design options. Instead, there were very few choices. The wall panels were limited to one marble-look option and a plastic wall surround that looked like a builder-grade product. Most of the fixtures and accessories also felt like basic Home Depot-level products, with very little opportunity to customize the bathroom. The biggest issue was the pricing. For a very small 5' x 6' bathroom with basic finishes, the quote came in at over $33,000. There was no breakdown of labor versus materials, so it was impossible to understand where the cost was coming from. Considering the products shown and the installation method, the price was difficult to justify. I wasn't expecting bargain pricing, but I was expecting premium materials, transparency, and a design experience that matched the cost. Instead, it felt like I was being asked to pay luxury pricing for contractor-grade products. If you're considering Re-Bath, I would strongly recommend getting multiple quotes from reputable local bathroom remodelers before making a decision. After having a terrible sales experience with another vendor (big name with celebrity spokesperson), I was ready to just forget about having my main bath updated. However, my daughter had recently gotten a beautiful makeover of her main bathroom by Re-Bath so, I gave them a call. Keith came to the house as scheduled, was professional, and actually listened to what I wanted, unlike the other company that was only interested in up-selling me. The remodel took place right on schedule and the workers were professional, efficient and respectful of my time and home. The end result was an absolutely beautiful shower makeover and vanity replacement. I couldn't be happier! read more

They don't even deserve a star. We called to get a quote on bath remodel. They came out and wanted $46,000 to do just the shower area. I called a local contractor, he came out and quoted 1/3 of that price and remodeled the entire bath, including new cabinets, new vanity, beautiful tile shower and new flooring. total cost for my entire room remodel was less than $20,000. read more

I have a small bathroom and the tub was way overdue to be replaced. Out of all the house projects I have ever done throughout the decades, either by professionals, or as a helper, or by myself, this one was by far the most seamless and stress-free, from sales to completion. The Re-Bath team never tried to upsell me and always worked to find the best solution for me. Marcos was my salesman/designer and he was so personable and paid attention to my needs and helped me with the selections. The installer, Melvin, was clean, efficient, and precise in fitting. I honestly could not have dreamed of a better experience. I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend this company. The adage "you get what you pay for" certainly holds true. read more

Horrible experience. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I got them through PORCH. They called me. I have noticed that a lot of companies today, never admit when they are wrong...they just blame someone else. I wasted time on the phone through their SALES pitch and making sure several times that both decision makers were there and that we had at least 60min for them...blaa blaa blaa. After speaking with the first women...a man came on the phone and repeated everything twice. Overkill. But they never showed up for the appointment? Then instead of fixing the situation when I called...the women that answered immediately started coming up with excuses. read more

Like any project, it was stressful, things weren't 100% like you thought they would be, things did come up, but on the whole I felt they did a good job, in a good amount of time, and the end product looks good The good: 1) Price was good, they took out the old tub and tiles, and replaced the tub, walls, and pipes for the shower including making the shower head higher and little to the right. They took out the old toilet and vanity and replaced them with new ones I bought. The put in new flooring and a baseboard (I didn't remember discussing a baseboard when the sales guy came out, but I had a baseboard done in tile, so they had to rip it out and then replace it with the baseboard which was a bit messy, and not perfect, but I was so pleased they took care of that for me). 2) They got it done in about 2.5days, the workers were polite, cleaned up everything, and it looked to me like they did good work. 3) I had to change the walls and floor from my original order, it was an easy process, and they are always nice, polite, and helpful about it. The not great : 1) Turns out they don't take out the old floor and just put the new floor on top of it. I didn't realize this until they were there to do the work. Due to this the floor is higher so they had to cut off the bottom of my door and get longer bolts for the toilet also the floor transition bar from bathroom to the hallway is on an angle now and I have to wonder how long will last. 2) Timing: The sales guy came out and then said someone would call in about 2 weeks to set up something, and that they were like 10weeks out, but I didn't hear from the people to set up the appointment until like 5weeks after. Now for me that wasn't too big of a deal because I had a lot of last minute stuff come up, so I was like the later the better, but you may have to keep on them, they said it was later because the sales person was on vacation or something and that pushed it back, but weird. 3) The sales guy forgot to write on the work order form that they were going to put in my new vanity. I was slightly annoyed, because the worker didn't say anything until they thought they were almost done with the project. They knew I was expecting it, and they knew that morning that there was a problem, but they didn't say anything until I asked about it at the end. But the good thing is they resolved this really quickly, I called the project guy, he called the sales person, and within 10min they got it straightened out and then they came back the 3rd day to finish. So make sure the sales guys shows you on the contract where all they are going to do is written down. 4) The vanity I got was too tall for the existing pipework and they design of the vanity meant you couldn't just cut a bigger hole in the back of the vanity so they had to re-pipe, and this was an additional cost of $150. I think if you get your vanity through them, you wouldn't have had the problem or the additional cost. read more

Wasn't going to review but after reading these I decided another point of view might be useful. I called and scheduled a free consult and was given a convenient time where both myself and my husband could be present. I was told I would be given a courtesy call a few days before as a reminder, this didn't happen and being a holiday weekend I wasn't sure anyone would show, however an hour before I received a call from Adam. Adam stayed about two hours, we were given a quote of 16k for one bathroom. I was going to do a second bathroom but was given a quote of 8k for a bathtub. There is a credit card given as an option with zero interest for one year. I decided not to move forward with the project because in the end it wasn't really what I was looking for. Update - a few days after I wrote this review I was contacted by David. I had cancelled/ terminated the contract within ten business days however David said "unfortunately" he had incurred some costs, I asked him to send me the order confirmation and he did. I called the vendor and was told the order had been cancelled by David the week before. Frankly I was shocked. read more

I would give this company a 0 is that was possible. I have called them 3 times and was told the owner Dave would call me and he still hasn't. Complaint Description: Re-Bath completed a shower upgrade without the permission of the actual home owner including liening the property. My husband requested Re-Bath to come out and give him an estimate to redo his very tiny shower. They gave him an estimate of $7K??? I could have done this upgrade using Home Depot for about $1K. Right after getting this estimate he was in the hospital diagnosed with Stage 4 terminal brain cancer. His sister was staying at his house and decided to get this done using ReBath without his or my, his wife, permission. She signed the contract although she has NO ownership in his house. He is the sole owner and the only one to authorize this purchase. Neither one of us knew this was happening as he was in surgery and I was at the hospital with him. What company would let someone besides the homeowner sign a contract to do home improvements especially while he was incapacitated. Your Desired Resolution: I would like to get this price of $7K reduced. I redid my bathroom which is much larger and with high end products for $8K. There price is ridiculous and Mike never would have had ReBath perform this service. read more

Really disappointed with customer service. My husband and I an appointment for someone to come out and look at our Master bathroom. Only I was present for the consultation (because my husband works). Upon meeting the representative seemingly pleasant and complimented my house. Once I showed him my bathroom and what we wanted ( I was pretty detailed on the scope of the job) he looked at me and his first question was "Are you allowed to make decisions without your husband present?" That comment right there decided we would not be continuing with this company. I told my husband what had happened and he went down there to talk to the owner/manager. They tried to defuse the situation and said "they like having both owners present for consultations". That I am fine with, but asking me if I'm ALLOWED is a whole other ballgame! It is the 21st century, my husband and I have watched hours of HGTV to know what we want or dont want. Lost another customer! read more

WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Tried to schedule a appointment with re-bath of Mid-Florida and the women I think her name was Alexa kept cutting me off and rushing me through the phone call with condescending fake politeness like I am an idiot and did not realize what she was doing. Also gave me a hard time because I did not want to schedule the appointment with my husband present but then she scheduled it anyway. I received the email confirmation confirming the date and time and when putting it in my calendar I mistakenly was looking at October not November and there she went with the condescending fake politeness again by saying "I thought so because I don't make mistakes like that all chipper" So at that point I told her I did not want to do business with the company any longer do to her and there she went again "Ok have a nice day and hung up on me and when I tried to call back no answer. REALLY little miss perfect everyone makes mistakes. I will be spread the word about this and especially to Real Radio 104.1 who advertised you. Let me just end with this the person who answers your phones and sets appointments are the people who are representing your company. Do you really want this kind of feedback? read more
