We ordered my bathroom cabinets from here. Owner sat down with us going over design & gave us a great price. My space between the walls are under 4' . We put in kitchen cabinets instead which are deeper giving you more storage & counter space. Love it!!! read more

Our kitchen took 2 months with 90% being completed after 5 weeks( new floors, cabinets, rerouted plumbing, a wall that was remodeled, base boards, appliances, and the footprint of the kitchen changed). The other 10% was diligently handled by 1to1 and any concerns we had were addressed immediately. This type of business is very tough. Complex logistics, supply chain management, scheduling and sub-contractors. 1to1 does a very good job of mitigating the unpredictability of this type of work. Be patient and communicate with Tom and in the end your kitchen will be as beautiful as ours. And it is BEAUTIFUL. read more

If I could rate this a 0 stars, I would. We paid for our install in October and it just finished this month- that's a total of 6 months living without a kitchen (he told us this would take 1 day). Tom provided great customer service until we paid him money. After that, it was impossible to ever reach him. Beginning day 1 of install, the installers ran into issues and actually left the job because they didn't know what else to do. We spent half the day attempting to reach Tom and no one could ever get him touch with him. The next day, he stopped by for maybe 30 minutes and then just left without giving my husband or I any update. The installers didn't even a copy of the layout so my husband and I had to tell them where things go and what to do. Things were measured wrong, ordered wrong (sizes, color, everything). A new 'installer' crew showed up each time and all were obviously lacking experience. Things were done wrong each time to make the progress of the kitchen worse, and now we ended up with a kitchen barely pieced together with random wood glue, putty, and wood scrapes. If I could do it all over again, I would pay double to never have to deal with Tom and this company. Throughout the 6 month ordeal, we only heard from Tom twice. The installers have no idea what they're doing and Tom has equal knowledge of customer service and common sense. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. If you're thinking about it, don't do it. It's not worth it. He offered a great deal but our brand new kitchen remodel needs to be completed ripped out and started from scratch to change the mistakes him and his crew made. read more

My partner and I was referred to Tom for our bathroom remodel. Upon moving day Tom showed up to our new home with tape measure in hand taking dimensions and offering up suggestions for the bathroom of our dreams. Well, after the first meeting we then made several communication attempts to inquire about what was the next step in moving forward. After finally reaching Tom we scheduled and appointment to go the showroom to pick out items for our new bathroom. At that time Tom was fully aware of our price point and stated that he could give us all we basically wanted and that but he could get great rates for products if he bought them. Well once we received the price quote after making our selections, a lot of what we had chosen was not included in the price that we wanted to spend. So again we tried several times to reach him and when contact was finally made he stated he would go over the quote again and reach back out to us. Well we never heard back from him. At first we were a little disappointed but to make a long story short we are thankful that this was the signs of a bad business deal about to go wrong. We are so glad that we did not spend any money with him because our friends who referred us said that they had the hardest time getting a hold of him during there remodel and we certainly didn't to be in that situation. Tom talks a awesome game and makes suggestions about products and his vision for you remodel however his vision is not always your vision. BEWARE of bad communication if you are looking to use 1to1 Kitchen and Bath. Do your homework and stay away from this company. read more

This was an aweful experience. While the product looks beautiful and seems like good quality cabinets for a resonable price, they were put together in our kitchen without any thought. The knobs and doors hit each other when you open them, and the trash can drawer does not slide easily, this could have been avoided with a little more thought. He said he would come back to fix it, after it took 2 months to get him there for that visit, but he has been paid and will not return my phone calls. Tom also likes to increase the price for any reason he can find or if you have an idea change (for example: you wanted black instead of white) There were many more issues, but Im just hoping the cabinets last as long as he claims they do. But I have to say, they do look good if function isn't what your going for. read more

I cannot say enough positive things about 1 to 1 Kitchen & Bath. We hired them to complete a large scale kitchen renovation, including knocking down two walls, and completely gutting the rest. From the moment they provided a quote to finishing up the final touches, they were extremely responsive, efficient, and affordable. They stuck to the timeline (a mere 5 weeks!) and kept us updated on what the "next steps" would be along the way. I thought I was a perfectionist, but I met my match with Tom and his team. If they felt something was even slightly imperfect, they weren't willing to accept it until it met their (very high) standards. One of the things I was most dreading was the mess. I'd heard horror stories and had prepared myself to live in a dust-filled environment for 5 weeks; but the team did an amazing job of keeping the dust contained and left the kitchen swept/extremely clean at the end of each day. I also appreciated Tom's candor. He never tried to "upsell" me on any finishes, and in fact, was very conscious of making sure we did not exceed our budget. It is so rare to find people who take extreme pride in their work, but that is the overriding mentality of 1 to 1 Kitchen & Bath. I have already passed along their information to two associates, and given the chance, I'd recommend them with the utmost confidence to many, many more. I've also gotten quotes on renovating one of the bathrooms in our house. If you are looking for a team who takes pride in their work, settles for nothing less than perfection, and responds within 1 business day (max), look no further than 1 to 1 Kitchen & Bath. They took our 1960's original kitchen (complete with yellow linoleum floors) and turned it into a magazine worthy kitchen. read more
