This is the worst granite company that I have ever dealt with. They put two slabs in my house one had rounded edges. The other one has square edges. Nothing matched. When they did the template, I sat there for three hours while they did it not one person asked me anything to come to find out. They couldn't speak English, and they couldn't understand any English. When they put the granite on the backsplash, it doesn't match any of the veining and the customer service is NILL. A gentleman came out to look at what was wrong said he would be in touch and I never heard from him again I reached out to him through text with no answer. Now I'm stuck hiring another granite company to repair their mistakes. Do not use this granite company. You will not be happy with their workmanship. read more

First off they have very poor customer service. When you question them on something you don't like, you will be told that they are the professionals and how they do things is how it's done. When their template person comes out and you talk about things you want, they nod along but will change things to what they want. If you don't pay attention and trust them you will sign something without knowing they changed something or didn't add something. Once you sign the document, you are stuck because they will use that against you when there is a problem with something. Their countertop cut is uneven and then say your cabinets must not be level and that is why the multiple seams don't line up correctly. They pride themselves on a seam you can barely see, but mine are like the ones they show as the competitors seam. We recently had our whole kitchen done through Lowe's and this is a subcontractor that is used. Learn from my mistake, if you use them make sure you have them explain the drawings before signing anything and make sure you are completely happy with the drawings before signing anything. Zolst did an outstanding job installing my new quartz countertops in my bathrooms. Efficient, quick, beautiful and excellent quality work. Removed my old ones , installed new sinks and installed countertops. On time and clean as well. Couldn't be happier. It did take awhile to get it done but took awhile for the material to arrive. read more

I ordered kitchen cabinets from Cabinets to Go on Philips Hwy in Jax, FL. The countertop was ordered from Zsolt Granite Corporation. For the measurements of the countertop an appointment was made after the cabinets were installed to get an accurate lazer measurement for the template. Gabe was the person sent to measure & he was professional & friendly & got everything done in a timely manner. It took longer than I had first been told for the countertop to be delivered which was about 3 weeks but it was 2 days shy of a month which I thought was too long. However, when the countertop was delivered by Lucas & his assistant they did a wonderful job of installing it & even though there was an issue with the countertop at the breakfast bar Lucas was able to fill in underneath it & it was perfectly leveled. It's a Quartz tech countertop & is beautiful. I love the new kitchen & highly recommend Zsolt Granite for a new countertop installation. read more

Template was done, waited a few days and I called back to see what was the status. Left a message and never got a call back..They called the next day with an install date I could not confirm because of my schedule. The lady over the phone said that we can schedule it for this Saturday coming on the eighth. As they got closer, I never heard anything back from them so I called Saturday morning and they knew nothing about it. So I've been sitting in my house without a countertop for almost a month. With this type of service, I don't know how this company stays in business. Sorry. read more

I had my countertop installed in 2019. Within a year there were cracks to the edges and I called to have a service repair and after 2 to 3 weeks of calling several times no one ever called me back or scheduled a service call. Now the back of my slab between the stove and the wall has fallen and I've called four times in a week and no one has called me back. Customer service and response time is nonexistent. I do not have confidence in this company and if I could do it over again would not have use them. read more

Very personable, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Great selection, value, and outstanding workmanship. Couldn't be happier. They re-did my entire kitchen with quartz and porcelain countertops, my 3 bathrooms with quartz vanities, and my living room bar top with quartz. It was a big job, with very large and heavy pieces, but Zsolt got it all done in 3 days, including demolition. Everyone who now comes to my house is in amazed and probably a bit jealous.... lol Also, if worried about COVID-19, everyone at the office/Showroom wears face masks and the installers wear both face masks and gloves during installing. Told me that they could do the per square foot special. They had me send pictures and measurements. They then told me to go to the warehouse and pick a slab. I took time off of work to do so. When I got there, the person I had an appt with was "unavailable". I was told to take pictures of the slabs in the square foot program and email/text them for the pricing. After all of this, I was THEN told that they would not honor the per square foot program for my project. What a waste of time! read more

The quality is amazing the craftsmanship was beyond expectation and the installers were as polite as you could ask for. They cleaned up the counter top as well as the sink and made it sparkle. The kitchen when they left was cleaner then when they came. I have nothing but high praises for the company and especially the installers. They also kept us totally inform from ordering to installation which is so nice not having to wait for them to show up like most trades. Really good selection but the communication leaves a lot to be desired. It is very difficult to get a response through email or phone. I had paid my deposit, after a week of no communication and no response to my emails I had to stop by the office. The response was "we were just about to call you". They finally installed the countertops which in fairness look really good. The installation guys were professional and did a good job. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and go back to redo our kitchen. Same thing, no response to a follow up question via email. This time I will be taking my money elsewhere. read more

I picked, ordered and paid for my counters 9/17/19. I was told 2-4 weeks. We did a complete renovation of our kitchen so the construction side of it lasted 7 weeks, this included knocking down walls, putting up walls and so on, it was an extensive reno. The frustrating part is that it took the counters to be installed longer then the entire renovation. I had to constantly call them to check on the status, no one ever had an actual answer. I do know that someone dropped the ball and did not order them when I went in to pay since I called 2 weeks after I ordered to check if they knew an estimated arrival time and the receptionist tells me that they were waiting on the measurements from the cabinet company. The cabinet company had given them the measurements the same day I picked out the counters so I know they were just trying to find someone to point the fingers at. Finally counters come in and 1 slab doesn't match the other in color. This is understandable, these things happen but had the counters been ordered when I paid for them and not 3-4 weeks after, there would of been time for them to be sent back and received the correct ones. We are now at 7 weeks and approaching the Holidays so I'm furious. I had to call no less then 20 times to find out a status. Finally the owner got involved and I got my counters a week later. Now I am dealing with them yet again. I was told I could have the left over counters that I paid for. I asked if could have them delivered when they come to install. Amy (my sales rep) assured me that they store left over counters for customers all the time, that they had plenty of space and could hold it for 6 months. I again mentioned that I would take them the day they installed if they brought them as I had plenty of storage space, she again insisted. The week of Dec 16th I contacted their office because I just had a bad feeling and just wanted to have the left over counters as I would be using them for the next project. I was told that the company decided to clean out their warehouse and that my counters were no longer there and apologized. Are you kidding me! Needless to say I wasn't going to accept that response. I told the girl they need to do another inventory and however they had to, find my counters and about the conversation I had with Amy (which of the 20+ calls I made not once was she available to speak with me) which in itself is really upsetting when the person who sells you something is on an 8 week conference call according to every person that ever answered the phone. I get a call back and what do you know, they found my counters but I was told that the person who is in charge of all of this was on vacation and they would get back to me. I wait until after the New year which is now another 3 weeks later and now I am dealing with a Kristina whom assured me she was handling things from now on and even emailed me her contact info. I had to email Kristina on the 21st to see what the hold up was. She said she would talk to Amy that day and get back to me. Night of the 23rd and nothing! Although my counters are beautiful and the install crew they had was fantastic, I absolutely would NOT recommend this company. There are a ton of companies offering beautiful counters, save yourself the headache and use someone else. As for my counters, I am hoping someone will read this and take care of this. We shopped around and received quotes from a handful of places. Then we found Zsolt. He came over, measured and gave us the best quote. Why? Because he does not have overhead and does everything himself. He even drove to meet us out at granite yards until we found the perfect slab and we were very picky! He did our kitchen, bathrooms and everything came out amazing. He is very detailed and is a master of his craft doing our edges by hand and not machine. We had a bathroom remodel and had been to multiple places to look at granite countertops. None compared to the product quality and customer service of Zsolt. They were so helpful and very professional. They gave us great suggestions on how to best mount the sinks to our countertops as well as clear and helpful care instructions on how to clean the marble we chose. Overall amazing experience!! Zsolt installed granite in our kitchen and two bathrooms. We shopped around extensively before we chose zsolt and we are extremely satisfied with them. Price was reasonable and selection was large. Installation took all day but the installers did a phenomenal job. We did have some issues with the bathroom sink but Adam from zsolt was prompt in his response and took care of the issue. Definitely worth giving them your business if your in the market for granite. read more

Zsolt has just completed installing granite counter tops in my newly constructed home. I needed to have the tops installed as soon as possible to stay on our construction schedule, and Diane and DanielIe were very helpful in splitting up the installation to keep us on track. I had a few issues with the first installer, but Diane and Danielle were great about honoring my concerns and doing whatever possible to make sure that errors were corrected to my full satisfaction. I really appreciated that, and their conscientious communication and follow-up. The remainder of my tops were installed by Angel and Luis and they did a fantastic job correcting the previous installer's errors and the installation they did was beautiful. Angel went out of his way, and made extra trips driving an hour both ways at the end of an already long day, to compete the job on our schedule.
