I waited a long time to leave a review. But after looking at the countertops for 10 months, I just can't say they did a good job for all the $$$ spent. I had the counters in my kitchen and guest bath replaced with quartz countertops. The first time they arrived to remove and install the new tops they took out the counters and went they brought the new ones in the edges were the wrong cut. They had a straight edge and small bevel was listed on the quote. So, they had to leave and we had no countertops until they were recut. Not a great start but if the installed counters were perfect, I would not have cared. When they installed the counters the bath and half of the kitchen did not need any seams and they look perfect. The problem is they "had" to put in 2 seams to the largest run of counter. Advised this was due to the size of the elevator in the building. Never offered to hire a lift either. What we ended up with is 2 seams that are clearly visible on the most used sections of the counter that I see all the time. The seams are not perfectly level and the sealant they used is slightly darker that the very light color of the counters. read more

Once finally installed we LOVE it and the work. But if you want any communication? Not here. Had original granite slab delivered to them. They rejected it because of scratching (I respect and appreciate that). But the lady handling my Lowes order did not deem it necessary to call the customer to inform. Then had a install date of new countertop. Reached out to confirm date and she had changed it without informing me. Finally they went out of their way to do a Sat install. Texted Tues morning and received text saying we were still on. Sat morning I pulled my sink out and removed 2 month old plywood countertops. By almost noon had not heard anything, no ETA time frame nothing. So then reinstalled the sink and plywood. 20 min later they showed, so I had to again jump to remove sink. Hole for sink was cut a little too small on one side. They kept trying to tell me that my sink was bent. It was not. It took them removing a 1/4 in by 5 in sliver off the granite to fit my sink. When they were all done we LOVE IT. But the lady who does all the scheduling should be told to look for a new job. People pay lots of money for countertops and to have her do absolutely no communication is UNSAT. read more

Love love love my recycled glass countertops and the service Meg provided. When we bought the wrong sink for the install she found us a much better quality one with a vendor she knew. When I had questions she answered them quickly. I wanted one large piece with no seams and that's what they did. It was an easy and efficient experience with the installers as well. They did make some wall scuffs, but those are easily fixed and most likely because I requested one large slab, but I would do it again. read more

Beware when doing business here. If you sign their proposal and give a deposit you are tied in. Make sure to only pay for the measurements and no more. They low ball the quote and then double it! Hard to communicate with. Too busy to provide service. Don't waste your time. If they can't service you from the beginning then you will have problems later. read more

Just completed a total remodel of living room and kitchen, this included all new ceramic tile floors, kitchen, utility room and fireplace cabinets. All where to be covered with white and grey Pompeii Quartz. We went to their showroom for a Saturday appointment. We were greeted and felt appreciated by Liv, she was covering for our sales associate. Liv is by far the only friendly and professional staff they have. We took some samples home and chose our color palate that day. We placed our order the very next day. We paid our deposit, and began the normal waiting to be built process. We were given a completion date for our countertops, that date changed 3 different times getting later with each one. The install date had finally come, our installers where late, we'll outside the expected arrival window. They got to work quickly setting our tops. After completion of the job my wife had a couple of questions. The first was about the seam between two of the sections, the next was about a scratch to the largest visible section in my kitchen. They said the seam was actually a pretty good one as quartz seams go. When it came to the scratch they quickly went to their truck and returned with the product they needed to repair it. They tried without success. They said they would call the office and have the repair guy come out and get it fixed. Well WE ended up having to call the office "to get on the repair waiting list" The repair tech arrived "also late" said he was at a job that took longer than it should have. He stayed maybe a total of 30 mins and said I need to leave for my next job, this is more than I can do today. He assured my wife he would come back when he could dedicate an entire day to the repair. When my wife called to reschedule she left a message. Much to our dismay the owner of the company Mark D'Agostino replied and said he would not be sending the repair guy back they had done all the could do, please send the rest of your payment. I tried multiple times to speak with Mark via email and phone. I did finally get him to answer. He became very rude, short and unprofessional. He called my life a liar and said she hadn't said anything to the installers. We pulled the video footage of our gate and it clearly shows the countertops rubbing on each other causing the scratch in question. I have my attorney drawing up the paperwork to begin a lawsuit under the Florida Faulty Construction Statute. Buyer Beware, this guy is all about the money not the Customer Service or finished product. read more

I do not recommend this company. They ruined my new kitchen. Can not template a countertop correctly. So many errors, and then want to blame the customer. They only care that it is within Industry Standards, not customer satisfaction. Stay away!!! read more

I have worked with Lloyd Wicks at Southeast Stone twice over the last 2 years. The first time was for just a small job...a 6 foot bathroom vanity top with two sinks in Granite....which was done on time (about 10 days from order to completed product). I picked it up and installed it myself. All measurements were exact and the Granite looked great. I had chosen a remnant and the price was very reasonable. Since I had picked it up and installed it myself, I had only worked with Lloyd. He was very professional, always answered and returned my calls and fully explained all details of the process. About a month ago, I decided to get new countertops for my kitchen. Again, I spoke with Lloyd who went over my drawings with me and helped me choose the correct Granite as we needed a full slab this time. Once we had determined the Granite selection, type of sink, backsplash and edge finish...we agreed upon a price. Before I had gotten back to work, I already had an e-mail from Becca, the coordinator that had been assigned to my job, confirming my choices and offered to answer any questions that I had. As it turned out, I had to change sinks due to the height of my waste connection. Becca researched sinks for me for two days and we ended up with a sink that worked....without any change in pricing. Next, Becca helped me pick exactly where the countertops would be cut from the piece of Granite and sent me a computerized layout from the actual piece of Granite, showing how it would look in my home. She was always patient and informative. Then Becca set up the date and time for the measurements to be done. She called me a day before the template person was to be there, then the day of to give me a timeframe and then the template person, Mark, called me when he was on the way and came out to my house on time. I was told that it would be about 2 weeks before the Granite was to be installed. About a week later, Becca called to schedule the installation, then verified with me the day before and then the day of....and the installer, Marcos, called me to verify the time and arrived right on time. Marcos and two other installers set everything up and installed the Granite, all the while explaining every step to me. Due to the size of the countertop, it had to have a seam in it...which I was aware of at the beginning. It is virtually impossible to see the seam as they match up the pieces in the shop to ensure that the areas of the Granite where the seamed pieces are to be cut from will match up before they even start to cut the Granite. The Granite was installed in a couple of hours and looks great. So, from start to finish, everyone at Southeast Stone was Professional, patient, helpful and informative. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this company as their level of service is unmatched in the industry! read more

I went through Lowe's to buy my quartz kitchen counter tops after comparing others. I found a great price on Southeast Stone Lusso quartz. It was light in color & just gorgeous. I had lots of questions about the install procedure & Diane at SS was so helpful for several phone calls! The installers, Julio & Felix were polite, neat & knew what they were doing.!! When I want to have my bathroom counters done, I will contact Diane at SS directly. I am very pleased!! read more
