The guys that came and did my floor worked really hard and did a great job of making it perfect. Someone must have accidentally tripped over the cord for my adjustable bed frame and the cord broke - I was really impressed that Creative Floors took care of it. This guy Mo took our $27,000 ripped apart our kitchen then picked a fight with my wife about floor…read morecolors, and put his foot down on what color we had to use and would not let us change color the same day we picked it. Mo refused to call or text my wife back. Mohommad then attempted to mark up the cabinets 70% and tricked us into letting him dump the cabinets on us without inspection. The cabinets were in fact in flat boxes and RTA (Ready to Assemble) and not ready to be installed or disclosed as cheap RTA cabinets until his driver tricked us by buying the cabinets at like $5000 or $6000 and then dropping them off for "inspection" and saying they were custom cabinets worth over $16,000 without improving assembling them in any way, insisting they were custom built when in fact they were simply colored cabinets boards in a box. He refused to refund any money and left 5-10 exposed electrical wires hanging out of our wall to try to put pressure on finishing the project for the price he wanted for a customer cabinet kitchen. Marking up cabinets by close to 200% is a scam when trying to pass off RTA cabinets as custom built when simply let in the Indonesian Manfacturers unbranded cheap boxes. We are entering our lawsuit in the next week. If you look at Orange County Lawuits in the past few year you will see where Mo/Galaxy did the same thing to another customer. Well this one isn't Small claims court and we will insist on legal fees.

I was in the market for a kitchen, master bath, and floor remodel in my home. I have lots of…read morefriends in construction, but I was wise enough to know better than to hire "friends" to do the job. I am extremely picky and OCD when it comes to detail and cleaning. I used Better Business Bureau to find local remodeling companies. I did this because I trust the BBB and I wanted a company which I would not pay if the job was not completed in accordance with the contract and my expectations; also, another reason to not hire a "friend." I called several companies and among all my projects, I had 11 quotes. I did not choose the cheapest. I chose the company that was the most responsive and seemed eager to do my work. I am glad I did. I choose Tile Metrics, located in Oviedo. I went to the shop and met with staff. My wife and I were able to choose all our products from this location. The store seems small and quite busy. Don't let that fool you. They have so much product and ideas to offer. Now to the important part. From beginning to end, the company stayed in contact with me. They emailed and sometimes called me almost daily to coordinate work, projects, and keep me informed. This was exactly what I wanted. They are also a one-stop shop in that they do almost all the work themselves. No separate contractors to deal with, just one single point of contact. Most of the work was done by an in-house crew, which if you do not know, is very important. The worker men that came to my house were clean cut, polite, professional, and did top notch work. Can you imagine having a remodel with almost no complaints? All you hear are horror stories about remodeling your home. Tile Metrics took care of everything. They did all the flooring in my house, including removing old tile and hardwood floors (dustless), new kitchen quartz countertops and back splash. Moved plumbing and electrical. Installed new toilets in 2 bathrooms. And a complete master bath remodel with everything new. The work was done quickly without delay. Once they started, they stayed on my project until it was done. For the parts of the projects they did not do in-house, the subs were equally good. As for price, they were fair and probably in the middle to lower end of all my quotes. I have no complaints, which is rare of me. I will be hiring Tile Metrics again in the future to complete more projects at my home, as soon as I save up more money.

Tile Metric did not use a moisture barrier which was clearly stated on the box the flooring came in. They flat out refuse to admit to their mistake and fix the issue. This is costing us a lot of additional money for something that should never have happened.

I had the counters in my kitchen and guest bath replaced with quartz countertops. The first time they arrived to remove and install the new tops they took out the counters and went they brought the new ones in the edges were the wrong cut. They had a straight edge and small bevel was listed on the quote. So, they had to leave and we had no countertops until they were recut. Not a great start but if the installed counters were perfect, I would not have cared. When they installed the counters the bath and half of the kitchen did not need any seams and they look perfect. The problem is they "had" to put in 2 seams to the largest run of counter. Advised this was due to the size of the elevator in the building. Never offered to hire a lift either. What we ended up with is 2 seams that are clearly visible on the most used sections of the counter that I see all the time. The seams are not perfectly level and the sealant they used is slightly darker that the very light color of the counters.

We purchased quartz countertops from this company, including an undermount sink installation that…read morewas part of a promotion. About three years later, the sink detached and fell. From what we have since learned, the sink appears to have been improperly secured during installation. When I contacted the company, I was told the installer no longer works there and that the warranty had expired, so I would need to hire another installer at my own expense. I understand warranties have limits, but I expected an undermount sink installation to last much longer than three years. I'm sharing this so future customers can ask detailed questions about installation methods and long-term support before purchasing.

I had a quartz kitchen counter and vanity counter installed in May 2024. I asked if clips would be…read moreused to attach the sinks to the quartz and was told no, Black Mamba adhesive would be used. However, during the installation by Sanford Granite, my contractor was on site and asked why they were using silicone, which he expressed would not hold the sinks. My contractor's specialty is tile, so he knows a thing or two about adhesives. The installers told him they used silicone "all the time" and dismissed his concerns. Fast forward to March 2026, when the bathroom sink detached from the quartz and collapsed into the vanity. My calls to Sanford Granite were disappointing, to put it mildly. I was told that the guarantee was only a year even though the correct adhesive was not used. My concern was two-fold; I needed the bathroom sink reattached, and was my kitchen sink next to fall? I asked for an installer to address the bathroom sink and assess the kitchen sink. There was no urgency on the part of Sanford Granite to fix the problem. Since the bathroom sink was unusable and I could not wait weeks for a response from Sanford Granite, I ultimately had my contractor reattach the bathroom sink properly. It took 3 weeks for Sanford Granite's installer to take a look at the kitchen sink and how it was attached to the quartz. He said that he couldn't fix the kitchen sink until it fell. Since the proper adhesive, Black Mamba, was not used as promised, I was stunned when the installer informed me that it is my responsibility to pay $150-$200 to have it reattached. So after spending $5000+ to Sanford Granite, I have to pay someone to fix their mistake.
