As I've gotten older, I've become more conscious of what soaps, lotions, perfumes, I put on my body. I make more of an effort to use natural products with less harsh chemicals or hormone disruptors. The minute I walked in the owner was so nice. He let me sample various products and made great suggestions. I walked out with a heavy bag filled with lotions, a candle, and some nice soaps. Their lotion is so nice. I love how it doesn't leave you feeling greasy and easily absorbs into the skin. They have some light natural scents without it being overwhelming. I purchased one of their body washes, but with the store owner's suggestion, I gave their tallow multi-purpose soap a try. I'm glad I tried it. I used it as body wash, and it felt very gentle and moisturizing. Their candle also has my house smelling so fresh. This guy Mo took our $27,000 ripped apart our kitchen then picked a fight with my wife about floor…read morecolors, and put his foot down on what color we had to use and would not let us change color the same day we picked it. Mo refused to call or text my wife back. Mohommad then attempted to mark up the cabinets 70% and tricked us into letting him dump the cabinets on us without inspection. The cabinets were in fact in flat boxes and RTA (Ready to Assemble) and not ready to be installed or disclosed as cheap RTA cabinets until his driver tricked us by buying the cabinets at like $5000 or $6000 and then dropping them off for "inspection" and saying they were custom cabinets worth over $16,000 without improving assembling them in any way, insisting they were custom built when in fact they were simply colored cabinets boards in a box. He refused to refund any money and left 5-10 exposed electrical wires hanging out of our wall to try to put pressure on finishing the project for the price he wanted for a customer cabinet kitchen. Marking up cabinets by close to 200% is a scam when trying to pass off RTA cabinets as custom built when simply let in the Indonesian Manfacturers unbranded cheap boxes. We are entering our lawsuit in the next week. If you look at Orange County Lawuits in the past few year you will see where Mo/Galaxy did the same thing to another customer. Well this one isn't Small claims court and we will insist on legal fees.

My favorite things about Zelmar are the straightforward advice, strong vendors, quality materials/workmanship and timely completion. This family-owned business works with you on overall design and materials. Then, they select one of their teams to estimate the plumbing and contracting work as separate estimates. You also order your fixtures and glass directly from recommended vendors. While this sounds complicated, Zelmar kept all the moving parts on schedule. Easy peasy. They gave me solid advice on what could and could not be done. This led me to make smarter design decisions. They recommended a layout which was much better than I originally envisioned. Their plumbing and contracting partners were outstanding. Easy to work with, strong execution, respectful while in my home and cleaned up after themselves. In particular, the attention to detail by Coates Contracting made me a fan. Little things like the placement of tiles so the grain continues, the level surfaces, etc. Home improvement projects can be so stressful, but this one was not. It was on time, on budget and exactly as envisioned. I highly recommend and have already sent a colleague their way.
