The Tile Shop is a great store. They have a wonderful selection of products, especially designer and high-end tiles you won't see in other local stores. Do yourself a favor and request to work with Steven!! He knows all the products inside and out and was quickly able to guide us to things that were a perfect match for what we wanted. I was able to find tiles I loved for all my home projects almost immediately with Steven's assistance. The experience was above and beyond my expectations in every way because Steven is so kind, considerate, helpful, intelligent with an amazing sense of humor to boot! We recently went to the store as we are redoing the backsplash of our kitchen remodel. We were immediately greeted by David and offered assistance during our visit. The shop has quite a few options, however, they are a bit pricey however understandable as it is in the Millennia area. Very clean store and a lot of options and ideas to inspire you. So far so good! We popped in on a total whim as our kitchen is still in complete renovation mode! The store is bright, nicely organized and very well lit to start with! We were greeted quickly and warmly by Megan Sheffield. I am usually the person who doesn't want to be "bothered" by sales people but Megan was so pleasant and easygoing it felt like chatting with a friend and shopping than being "sold" to by a salesperson. I am not sure if the sales associates here are commissions based but if they are she did not let on at all. Our sale was not a large one (less than $1,000.00) but she took her time and made us feel like we were spending big bucks! She was also super genuine and supportive of my design ideas! My husband and I are unique and are not fans of the typical subway tile look and we wanted something different without being too crazy. Megan supported our ideas while still offering some of her own and we came together with a beautiful look! She really knows her products and enjoys what she does! Worst experience ever. Over promised and under deliveried. Tile showed up one week late. Half of the tile was gray and not the color selected. 20 percent of time was damaged. Only solution was to wait 2 weeks. Spoke to several managers. They would always promise a call back. Never happened. Took tile back. This is one of the worst customer experiences ever. ! We were delighted to find The Tile Shop. The staff was very helpful in picking out tile for a bathroom remodeling job, and we were very pleased with the quality and selection. There was one issue with the adhesive for the towel bar and soap dish but, they helped to take care of the issue to our satisfaction. I'm in the process of remodeling my bathroom and kitchen so I finally stopped in the store to see what they had to offer. There was no greeting by anyone in the store and the guy I asked a question was hesitant to even answer me. Therefore I choose not to spend any amount of money here.
