Have floors replaced in all rooms of a house with hardwood flooring. Four years later water damage appeared in three rooms. Had two flooring companies with over forty years of experience looks at the floors and they indicated the damage was from the lack of a moisture barrier on the concrete slab.. The insurance company came out and inspected the floor and then had a water leak detection engineer inspect the damage and his conclusion was the issue was moisture damage coming from the slab as a result of the lack of the installation of a moisture barrier. All Flooring came out and said they were not responsible since the water was coming in from the exterior walls which is interesting since some of the damage was not by a wall. Yes we had some cracking on the outside walls but three professional painting companies indicated the existing cracks were not large enough to cause interior water damage. This company is a veteran owned company which is one reason we went with them since I am a veteran. The company absolutely refuses to do anything in regards to any type of compensation. I gave the review one star only because I had to select one star. read more

Really terrible experience. Hector (the head honcho according to the employee at this store) seemed incredibly nice and trustworthy over yelp. We messaged back and forth, and he gave me quotes for a few products before inviting me into the store to browse. He quoted me $4.99/sqft (including labor, supplies, etc.) For his luxury vinyl and wood grain tiles. When I got to the store, his employee acted incredibly flustered at the price. Saying multiple times that he "didn't want to be put in this position." There was ONE wood grain tile option priced at 4.99, and the employee couldn't even tell me which one it was. The luxury vinyl planks they offered were just thrown in a pile underneath a table. No help sorting through them - employee made us get down on the floor to look through them and guess for ourselves what they were priced at. Everything else in the store was priced well above what he lured me in with. Classic bait and switch. This company has lost my business for life. read more

All Flooring USA combines poor workmanship with even worse customer service to create an experience so miserable that you'll spend the rest of your days contemplating what you might've done in a past life to deserve such a punishment. Dealing with this company proved so frustrating that I actually ended up firing them as we entered the third month of my two-week project (that's not a typo, you read that correctly) even though I had already paid them $16,980. It then cost me an additional $5,000 to have a second flooring company re-do my staircase and make numerous repairs to my brand new floor. Consider for a moment just how awful a company has to be for someone to decide they'd rather take these types of financial losses than continue dealing with them. Yeah... I could write a book about the many things that made this a horrible experience; the concrete slab that was never leveled, the numerous gaps between the floorboards that were filled with horrible-looking black caulk, the broken baseboards that they tried to hide from me, the T-moldings that were the wrong color and material, the cigarette butts that were left all around my property; the list truly goes on and on (honestly, these guys could botch laying down an area rug). But these reviews have character limits and so I'll focus on the worst part of it all: my staircase. On what was literally the day after my project was "completed", the wood on my staircase began to come undone. Another contractor (a house painter) nearly fell down my stairs when the wood broke apart underneath his foot. All Flooring USA offers a "lifetime guarantee" on their installations, but I got the runaround for two weeks as I tried to get this problem addressed. I ultimately had to resort to emailing the owner, Hector, and threatening to dispute all charges with my credit card company. Only then did they have time for me. Hector came out to inspect the project himself and agreed that the entire staircase needed to be redone, top to bottom. They immediately sent out a new installer to begin making repairs but he actually left the staircase in worse condition than he found it. He spent all day ripping apart three steps and then told me he didn't have the necessary materials to make the repairs. Although they promised to re-do the entire staircase from scratch, he apparently had been tasked with trying to reuse all the same wood. Since the wood was all glued down, this proved impossible (you'd think flooring professionals would've already known this beforehand). I spent the next month communicating my expectations to Sam, the store manager, as we waited for the new materials to arrive. The project had been a nightmare up to this point but I remained optimistic because Sam seemed to agree with every issue I brought up. In the end I realized that this is just their way of operating; they say "yes" to everything regardless of their actual ability to deliver on their promises. On the scheduled start date for repairs nobody showed up for work or called to reschedule (the third time throughout the project they pulled a no call/no show on me). I was furious and let Sam know that, especially since he had confirmed on Friday afternoon that work would begin on Monday morning. He basically told me he has no idea where his workers are at any given time and can't be expected to know this information (reminder: he's the manager). He also told me that with this being construction work, any dates he gives me are just approximations. What?! While I can understand that other projects can take longer than expected, causing dates to have to be shifted around, I don't understand why nobody can call to reschedule an appointment when they realize this is the case. Instead they just don't show up (even after confirming with you) and then get mad at you for being annoyed by this. Three times they did this to me! I spent the next two days talking with both Sam and the installer who was supposed to be at my house. They just blamed each other and gave me differing timelines for the repairs. At this point I couldn't take the nonsense any longer and decided to cut my losses. I asked for a partial refund and was denied based on the fact that they were providing me materials. Fine, whatever. I just wanted to be done with these guys. So I asked for my materials, at which point Sam stopped communicating with me. I had to send him several emails over two days and once again lean on the possibility of disputing the credit card charges if they didn't supply the partial refund or the materials I paid for. Sam never got back to me but I received an immediate phone call from the installation manager, Fred, who promised to bring the materials later that day. Seriously, avoid these guys unless maybe you're getting divorced and your ex will be getting the house and you want to leave them with a big headache to deal with. read more

We recently moved into our home less than two years ago. The home was brand new and came with ceramic tile floors. We wanted hardwood but at the time of closing that was not an option for us. We decided to install later after we closed. We started with the usual companies such as Lowes and Home Depot for hardwood floor installation estimates. After doing our research we found that many of these companies contract the work out and this can cause many problems after installation. We decided to contact All Flooring for an estimate. I was pleasantly surprised when I met the salesman, Kenny. He was polite, upfront, and did not try to hassle me. After showing me the different options of floors available Kenny gave us a flat price on materials and installation. Their price seemed fair based on the amount of work. The whole job took about a week and a half just as they said it would. We installed the floors just on the first floor and the stairs. Our floors look absolutely beautiful. The owner, Hector stood by his word and our floors are exactly what we expected. I could not be more thankful and happy that we went with All Flooring. I do not understand how this place gets more than 1 star. The business model to begin with is for people that are clueless since why hire a middle man to do your floors. Hence, they don't do the floors they just have the materials and subcontract for installation. This means if you have any issue with the floors they don't fix it since the installer has been paid by All Flooring and is long gone !!!! Not to mention that the installer damaged permanently both of my AC units because they were hot and decided to run my air conditioners with doors open for days. The dust by itself ruined the units. So I lost $10k on AC units and by the way, the floors they charge me $11k the installer told me he would have done it for half the price !! Save yourself money and buy the floors yourself and find an installer and stop giving business to these crooks, hustlers that should be selling used cars in OBT. My wood floor had defects they never fixed and worst the carpet they installed needs to be pulled and they never came !!! So I lost at least $15k and ended with crappy laminate floor and wrinkled carpet !!! Hector Torres is a crook and a disgrace to military personnel. Driving a Porsche after ripping people off way too many times please don't support this business !! Hope the doctor and mechanic rio you off like you do. read more

Luis, at the East Colonial location, assisted me in picking out the perfect flooring to match my taste, needs, and costs. The only hiccup was that the stair nose did not arrive by my appointment date. However, Breno and Nathan arrived and laid the flooring in two bedrooms and a hallway. A few days later, when the stair nose came in Breno and Nathan returned and finished the job. Mario, operations manager, came by after the initial appointment to check out the work and what still needed to be completed. He came back out once the job was fully completed. I did shop around before choosing All Flooring USA. I had five other estimates. I went with All Flooring because they offered a quality product for less than the competitors, the staff was personable, friendly, understanding, and accommodating. I went to All Flooring USA with two renovation projects because its exceptional reviews. And the experience went from great to awful... Luis offered $5700 to update two showers in one house, he told us he gave us a great price since we have two projects. As soon as we turned down other contractors and asked them to send us a written contract, Luis told us Hector corrected him the pricing is for one shower and two shower should be another $3000... thats more than everybody asked for.But Luis told me he has 16+ years experience and that's a reasonable price to his knowledge. Mmmm, 16 years experience? And he mistaken 1 shower's pricing for two? I decided to go with someone else on that shower and asked him to ink the other house he quoted $13,889. Then i received an invoice referring scope of service to a diagram we never received. I called for details, the price just keep rising....they missed a whole room in the house, and of course according to Luis, it's our fault even though their employee did the measurement, and he never gave us a copy to verify the details except showed for 5 mins when we picking the floor.And I remember seeing the bonus room marked on the top of the "diagram" but I dont have a copy can't proof it at this point. We did business with All Flooring USA at the East Colonial Drive location. Upon contacting All Flooring USA, a designer came to our home to take measurements, educate us on the selection/installation process, and give gentle suggestions as to what colors/styles may compliment the size of our home, existing design, etc. We visited the showroom to select our desired tiles and then an estimate was drafted, reviewed, and a contract based on the estimate was signed on a later date. A lot of effort and talent went into this process as our home measurements were recreated on grid paper into a floor plan/blueprint. We could see where each tile design would be, the cost of each room, etc. Grout and thinset was also discussed, and the highest quality is used. All Flooring USA provides a warranty on the work so the high quality of materials is beneficial to both the homeowner as well as the business. We used All Flooring for demo services of our existing tiles in multiple rooms, full house installation, and full house baseboards. Our designer (Shirley) and the store manager (Sam) along with other staff present were always amazing and accommodating with our questions/requests/visits throughout the process. Customer service was stellar! Two installers were assigned to us from start to finish (Leo and Leonardo) and they worked tirelessly to get the job done. They prepped our home by covering items for protection and every time we came by to check on progress or see if there was a decision needed from us, they were working hard. The entire process of our full-home flooring renovation was easy all because of All Flooring USA's hard work, competitive pricing, and customer service. We had multiple businesses provide flooring estimates and we chose All Flooring USA because of the high reviews along with the fact that they were the lowest cost out of all. From the beginning, they jumped in and helped in a tricky situation which required Victor and Sam at the storefront to work together to get the matching tiles need for our carpeted areas from a vendor when the vendor was having trouble finding it. This required several communications with the tile vendor on their part until his "no's" turned into "yes, I have it." So, now the carpeted areas are tiled with the matching tile in the rest of my house! Victor and Sam's persistence with the tile vendor paid off! Then, the installation process was amazing! These installation pros made it easy, moving our big furniture and they were absolute professionals at putting down the tile. You can't even tell it wasn't installed compared to the tile we already had in our house that was put in 6 years ago; perfect matching all the way!!! Also, Jose, their installation manager, stopped by too to see how things were going and check in with me and my husband. That was so above and beyond and we appreciated it! We have nothing but good things to say about the process of working with Robert, Mario, and the team from All Flooring USA. We did a whole house installation of Laminate flooring, renovated our Master shower, and replaced the bathroom flooring with wood tile. After a stressful few months of trying to get accurate quotes from contractors, we were incredibly impressed with the attention to detail and organization in planning/implementing the project. We absolutely loved how they worked with our budget and had one designated designer/project manager (Mario)- who is excellent, by the way- to be available for anything we needed through the whole project. He came to check in every day and bent over backward to accommodate us when the tiles came in with more variation than we expected. He pulled a whole pallet and let us hand select those that we wanted. Robert in the store was also very attentive, prompt with response, and checked in frequently. They knew we were expecting company by a certain date and they pulled strings to get the product installed before the company arrived. Horrible customer service. I had luis (supposedly store manager) from the east colonial store come out and give me an estimate of what the cost would be to replace the carpet in my house. He wouldn't leave anything behind showing numbers that I could compare with other quotes I received. He said he would email it to me, come Friday I received no email from him. I followed up on Monday again and left a message with a co worker that I was suppose to receive an email. The co worker states that they couldn't give me an estimate bc he did the measurements that they would leave him another message. On Monday he then called for him to say he declines doing the job. I've never had a company say they won't do a job. He wouldn't give me any reason as to why. Only reason I could think of was that I asked for my file to be placed with someone else because he didn't follow up with me as he stated he would. Worst experience ever. read more

Hector and his team were the most professional, attentive, and honest individuals I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Usually, when you pay a couple grand for a service, you walk away wondering if you're really paying what it's worth. I did not have to wonder with this company. I knew exactly what was being done, the cost of materials and labor up front, and there were no surprise add-ons in the end like with other companies. I just recently purchased my first home and wanted to replace the carpet on the stairs and throughout the upstairs hallway and bedrooms as well as replace the downstairs carpet with laminate wood flooring. Every company I went to was trying to charge me an arm and a leg. With a family of six, my price range was not that high and I almost settled for leaving the house as it was. We were really happy with this experience. First, no charge for measuring (unlike Lowes and Home Depot where they charge $35 and won't give you the measurements). When we got to the store, friendly and knowledgeable service (unlike Lowes and Home Depot, where you have to track down someone who knows about as much as you do). They had a good selection of carpets at different prices and at different quality, answered our questions, and gave us a fair price. The installation was prompt and professional (which was a relief because there was a lot of furniture to move). We were not interested in wood and laminate flooring, but they have that as well. This place is a little difficult to get to right now because of the construction on S.R. 50, but it is just off the 408, so if you use the 408, it s easy on and off. read more
