The experience started positively, as this company was recommended by family members who had previously used them. Unfortunately, my experience did not fully meet expectations. When picking up my flooring from the warehouse, a forklift accidentally made contact with the tailgate of my truck. While the damage was ultimately resolved through insurance, it was an inconvenience. After the flooring had been installed for a few months, some boards cracked at a joint when a dresser was moved across the floor. I believed this issue would be covered under warranty, however, despite several attempts to request an inspection, I have not received a response. read more

The installation team did well. However, there were significant issues with communication and the accuracy of the quote once crew was on site. Despite requesting a quote for the entire home (email stated 100% of my home), one bedroom was omitted, resulting in unexpected significant additional costs I was not prepared for. One of the owners visited the site after noticing they were short material, he remeasured, and began yelling, blaming me for not noticing the error in the contract where "BEDROOM" was listed. if that is the case, why did he list "living room", but the dining room living room were completed. this was in addition to have to get 2 rooms re-leveled I agreed to the extra cost on the relevel of the 2 rooms. This caused considerable frustration and unplanned cost, I did agree to let them finish the job since majority of the instillation was complete. For future reference, it would be beneficial if the company could avoid getting defensive and include a detailed floor plan diagram in their quotes to prevent such misunderstandings and added cost. read more

Installers were professional . Went out of there way to fix one laminate piece that was not flat due do to a abnormal bump. The installer Freddie leveled it and corrected the connection. The floors look great! My wife is happy. This company has great fair prices and they got it done in one day! Finally got rid of the ugly white tile with dirty grout. No more! Thank You guys . I purchased 3000 sq ft of laminate flooring, with install, from Integrity Laminate Flooring. Upon the initial quote, I expressed concerns about the ability to install the flooring on top of my existing ceramic tile. It was relayed that this would not be an issue and they do it all the time. After install, I noticed several pieces of flooring were uneven and the installer's "solution" was to fill in the uneven areas with clear caulk, leaving a film on my flooring at the joints. As time went on, I had them come back and remove and reinstall flooring where pieces were lifting and catching our toes on the edges at the joints. Eventually, after about two years, the entire house flooring was a disaster- lifted everywhere and essentially unlivable. The manufacturer blamed Integrity and Integrity blamed the manufacturer. Eventually an independent review was completed and determined the entire downstairs had high moisture level readings under the flooring- exactly where it had been placed on top of the existing tile. Integrity claimed that this condition was not present when they installed it (I guess I magically lifted 3000 sq ft of flooring and created a moisture issue under there). I knew immediately that a moisture barrier should have been installed under the laminate and even though Integrity failed to recognize that and complete a proper install, I still offered to pay to have the flooring removed, the appropriate moisture barrier sheet installed and the flooring reinstalled correctly. After multiple attempts to communicate, Integrity did not respond to my inquires. So ironic that they name their company "integrity" as this is what this company lacks. read more

I've used these guys twice in less than 3 years. Once for Laminate wood floor and recently for a carpet install. They are responsive, professional, and fair priced. Quality workmanship and materials. I asked them them to come back and re glue a few wood transition pieces that had come unglued. Offered to pay for it but they came out free of charge no questions asked. Carpet install was fine.
