I trusted this company, referred by a close friend, but it became a nightmare. Dustin Chandler gave me an estimate and said at most five leveling bags might be needed, and that I'd likely get a refund since most people don't need leveling. Once the floor was torn out, they demanded 35 bags, and my cost jumped by over 50%. At that point, I felt like I was being held hostage. They told me if I didn't pay, they would leave me with an unfinished floor. I was completely stuck. Even if they had asked for 10k more, I would have had to pay. The drilling was extreme. Recessed lights came loose and fell out. Some vents fell out, and others were left hanging, turning the first floor into a mess. I had no warning this kind of damage could happen. When I couldn't get help from the staff, I contacted the owner, Celeste Carr, expecting some resolution. The worst part of this entire experience was speaking to the owner, who told me I was being offered only cents on the dollar as a courtesy, which I declined given what I had already paid. Instead of helping, she justified everything and told me I should have read the fine print. I felt betrayed. My advice: read every line carefully. This company leaves you without options once you're in. I fully expect the owner will respond with a fabricated story, but I stand by my experience. read more

I've been in an out of here for the last several months trying to piece together our remodel projects. The team here is so great. Super helpful and knowledgeable of all the things. I'm very indecisive but they have helped me pick and choose based on my feedback. Also, they can order anything you want or need! I found a beautiful selection on Pinterest and they ordered for me at no additional fee. Their showroom is great. They have tons of products and options displayed so you can get a better idea. Their pricing is comparable if not better than their competitors. They offer installation at a very reasonable price. Before install, they come out to quote but what's even better is they put together a project plan outlining the project area, colors, products, "trouble spots" etc so everyone's on the same page. We have NOT yet had our options installed but for shopping they've been great. I'll be back for install update! read more

We visited yesterday and were absolutely blown away by the customer service and selection! They have an incredible amount of products and have the ability to get almost anything that you can think of! The entire staff was great but the stand out was Mark. He talked with my fiancé for over an hour about hardwood vs engineered hardwood vs laminate. Now my fiancé is very particular and had lots of questions and Mark was more than happy to listen and thoughtfully answer all of his questions. His knowledge of the product and the ability to educate us about the products is beyond reproach. He really made this day fun and so less stressful than it began! Not Recommended in any way , we spent a large amount on flooring with this company, it was supposed to be a good experience , I outlined many good questions at the sales point, how long would it take , where is the wood made etc, . Well its not made in America per the box opposite to the label and also there is a sign says products made in America, was trying to avoid Lumber Liquidators issue they had years back, the job took 4-5 days, yes three guys showed up 1st day but one left early next day 1 guy, its because they have other unfinished jobs, house was upside down for a week, lots of lost work time, we had a major issue that the owner was very unprofessional in our opinion, seems more centered to profit vs long term satisfaction or even reviews- again my opinion, the brands are 80% off brands, what I mean is you can start a flooring co, get the wood presented like the other companies and behind the scenes be a small company, what I mean is will this company back warranty 10 yrs from now, probably not and the co we bought the wood from was very much like FA not easy to work with, while I have no proof feel the reviews could possibly be fake, just look how great the reviews are but this is opposite to what you see on the BB site it's a 1 star and will say ditto to all the bad reviews, this was one of the worst customer experiences I have had in as long as I can remember, how are the yelp reviews so good , usually using a name of a sales rep then so many can have a bad experience, how can they promise 1-2 days installation and it takes 2-3x longer, how can they say made in America ask me about and sell imported wood, how can they have such bad reviews on BBB yet YELP and Facebook is perfect, its just fishy, I would in my opinion run far from this company, it took a great experience and turned it into a nightmare, be cautious if you have an issue to sign anything. The above is my experience and opinion with FA to express my 2nd amendment right from my own personal experience. The customers that you are reading about that give good reviews are lies. We paid thousands of dollars for the floors we have wanted for years..They came late, then did not put the lining to keep moisture out ..Because this lining was not used it has rotted our subfloors as well and all the brand new flooring we just paid for..Now we can hardly walk on our floors with out sinking or fear of falling through the floor..What a nightmare..We had saved for a long time for it to just go from bad to worse...We asked they do the right thing and they told us it was not their problem and there is nothing they can do...II will never let this go and will tell all what they have done to us and Customer Service is a Joke to them...I will be telling friends, neighbors, family and believe me I have many friends..Flooring America you will be hearing from me again, again and again until you resolve this issue. We purchased flooring from Eric on Friday. He was very helpful and nice with no pressure. On Saturday we changed our mind about which flooring we wanted so I called Eric and although he was going to be off on Sunday he arranged for Wayne to help us.
