Big Bob's Flooring Outlet recently opened and is located next to Gymnastics USA on Highway 50. If you want a more personal shopping experience this is the store for you. I stopped by out off curiosity to see if they carried the wood flooring that matched what I already had and to check out their pricing. They did not carry the exact match I was looking for but they did have was lovely. The prices seemed to be competitive and the gentleman working was very professional and knowledgeable. He was loaded with information and enthusiastic. They offer a credit card that applies to your flooring. It's the buy now pay later option. read more

i went here as a my first stop to get quotes for "fixing" carpet that my dog had scratched up during a thunderstorm. Chris was very helpful and ensured me it could be done. After going to another place after seeing him and pretty much being told it's impossible to fix & i should replace the whole carpet.. it was a no brainer for me that i took my business back to big bob's. That same evening, Chris came to my house and took and look and did measurements for his installers. Within the next day I had an estimate and scheduled date for the repair to be done! We worked with Chris at Big Bob's Flooring in Winter Garden, FL. From beginning to end we could not have asked for more or better price or service. It was much to my surprise that when I Checked pricing, Big Bob's was lower than the big box home improvement store and much more personable. Chris was great on communication, the crew showed up when scheduled, and even finished up a day earlier than planned. They hustled but we're extremely efficient with their time and did not cut quality of work. We hired this company to replace our floors back in October of 2020. We were told it would take 2-3 weeks to complete the work since it's a large area, it took over 3 months, after they finished the job we had to call them back because some of the floors were lifting and their solution was to glue them down, a few months went by and now we have most of the floor boards completely lifting. I called Big Bob's many times over several months, always an excuse for not calling me back or not being available to talk to me. Finally Chris agreed to come take a look, as soon as he walked in my house he noticed the problem and of course he blamed it on the manufacturer. They absolutely refused to fix the problem and won't provide us with the manufacturer information. After having several floor installers look at our floors they all agree that the floors were installed incorrectly and will have to be removed. We paid a substantial amount of money for this floors and I feel sick every time I look at them. Whatever you do, stay away from Big Bob's floors! read more

The entire process from visiting the store, in home measurement, and installation was flawless. Chris greeted us in store and gave us a run down of their products. After that, he went back to the front to give us time to walk around and make a decision. Felt like no pressure at all which is super important for me. After narrowing down an option, Chris stopped by to do an in home measurement and entered chaos. We had other contractors here working on our kitchen and he came in and didn't miss a beat. Worked around them and remained nothing but professional. Install day came and the crew was here by 830 and gone by 430. 750 square feet of carpet and tile gone, replaced with brand new laminate planks by Mohawk. Crew was kind and worked very hard.
