Superior Floors to the rescue!!…read more Before moving into our new house, we had the tile replaced with vinyl plank (LVP) by another company, who really screwed up one of the rooms. There was a giant soft spot since they started removing the tile but then stopped and just laid the vinyl planks over the tile, including the big hole they left. We went round and round with the first company to try getting them to fix it, until they just stopped showing up or returning phone calls. I found Superior Floors on Yelp and called them to see if they would be willing to fix someone else's mistake. Ryan came out to evaluate the situation and came up with a plan. A couple of weeks later, the installers came out, removed the poorly laid vinyl planks, removed the tile that was supposed to have been removed by the previous company, and reinstalled the planks. The floor is now solid and looks great! I appreciate their willingness to come out for a smaller job and fix someone else's mistake. They'll be my go-to for the future!

Everyone we dealt with throughout the entire process was professional and made us feel like we were their main priority. Installation was great and communication was stellar throughout the entire process. You can go to a big box store if you want, but Superior has my business. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!!!

A denial letter is forthcoming. " - FrankCrum General Agency 07/23/2025. Not because they weren't responsible for the installation, but because they are not insured for negligent workmanship. To directly address their continued claim they were misled and a rogue employee performed the install, we have on camera Ricardo Naldi (the registered owner) coming to my home to bid the job, and then himself and three other employees on the following days coming in RNALDI branded T-shirts and in an RNALDI labeled vehicle to perform the install. No one was misled; RNALDI had every opportunity to inspect the site and perform an assessment of the materials to be installed. They sold us the glue and the vapor barrier as evidence by the checks they endorsed and cashed. The result of the work speaks for itself. We relied on their alleged expertise and professionalism, as well as their assurance that their work was insured. I am not sure why either Ulysses or Ricardo continue to state here misleading information or deny responsibility for the work they themselves performed. We will now pursue other options in order to remedy this situation.

I trusted this company, referred by a close friend, but it became a nightmare. Dustin Chandler gave…read moreme an estimate and said at most five leveling bags might be needed, and that I'd likely get a refund since most people don't need leveling. Once the floor was torn out, they demanded 35 bags, and my cost jumped by over 50%. At that point, I felt like I was being held hostage. They told me if I didn't pay, they would leave me with an unfinished floor. I was completely stuck. Even if they had asked for 10k more, I would have had to pay. The drilling was extreme. Recessed lights came loose and fell out. Some vents fell out, and others were left hanging, turning the first floor into a mess. I had no warning this kind of damage could happen. When I couldn't get help from the staff, I contacted the owner, Celeste Carr, expecting some resolution. The worst part of this entire experience was speaking to the owner, who told me I was being offered only cents on the dollar as a courtesy, which I declined given what I had already paid. Instead of helping, she justified everything and told me I should have read the fine print. I felt betrayed. My advice: read every line carefully. This company leaves you without options once you're in. I fully expect the owner will respond with a fabricated story, but I stand by my experience.

I'm very indecisive but they have helped me pick and choose based on my feedback. Also, they can order anything you want or need! I found a beautiful selection on Pinterest and they ordered for me at no additional fee. Their showroom is great. They have tons of products and options displayed so you can get a better idea. Their pricing is comparable if not better than their competitors. They offer installation at a very reasonable price. Before install, they come out to quote but what's even better is they put together a project plan outlining the project area, colors, products, "trouble spots" etc so everyone's on the same page. We have NOT yet had our options installed but for shopping they've been great. I'll be back for install update!

I'm so grateful we went with them because they did an incredible job. Michael's crew was even better than we were hoping for. They showed up on time, were very detailed in their work, made sure the leveling and spacing was perfect, and were in constant contact with us, making sure any concerns or questions were immediately addressed. One of my favorite parts of their work is when they showed us an issue with leveling or spacing and then fixed it without us having to say a word. They also left the house in a much better condition than I was expecting with some cleaning (everything was covered in tile dust after they removed the old tile). Overall, it was just a wonderful job. I'm relieved we had such a great experience with tile installation and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

We contacted the company. It was a smooth process from getting the estimate to finish project. After agreeing to hire them for the project with deposit and signed contract, we got information of what to expect as we are providing the tiles that we like instead of going through them. Once the contractor came, he got right to it and got it done fast. Overall, it's a great company that communicate with us, clean up after themselves, and getting it done right throughout the whole process! The cost of the service is cheaper for what they offer compare to other competitors.

We recently had all of our flooring redone in our 2,677 sq. ft. home by Floor Coverings…read moreInternational. The initial process of meeting with our Design Associate, Mario Izquierdo, was on point. He has a gift of gab and truly sold us on their product and service. Their subcontractors came in the first day and worked until the late night hours to demolish the old flooring and prepare it for the new PLV and carpeting we had just purchased through them. Unfortunately one of them damaged our front door and upon reaching out to Mario again, he notified us that the owner of the subcontracting company was out of town for a medical procedure in Brazil. We waited for a few weeks and still no response, even after reaching out to the owners of FCI directly. Finally the owner returned to the US and dropped by to see the damage. He stated he would take care of the damage and have our door repaired for us. It has been an additional 2 weeks, almost 3, and they never came back to resolve that issue. We also had requested to leave the master bathroom undone until further notice, as we were considering the possibility of having remodeled. After long consideration, we determined that would have to wait. I reached out to Mario on February 13th to let him know we wanted to go ahead with having the flooring job completed, (we have already paid for the materials and labor in full). It was not until the 22nd of February, where I, the customer, had to reach out again to Mario, before I received a response that they would finish the job the following week. On the 27th of February I again had to reach out to Mario to inquire about what day and time to expect the completion of our work to be done. I was told that the workers would be here Thursday morning, but was not provided with an exact time... just a simple response via text with the day. Well, it is now 9:34 am, Thursday, March 2nd, and the installer hasn't shown up. I once more had to reach out to Mario and inquire as to what time they would be coming. I was then told at 12 noon, at which time would be later than I had planned for as I already had made other appointments for later in the day based around the "morning" time frame I had been provided. Again, I reached out to Mario and shared how upset and frustrated I am at this point and how dissatisfied I am that it seems as if I didn't reach out to him myself, I wouldn't know much more. I feel that they are a good company when it comes down to selling, but can lack when it comes down to their customer service and keeping the client informed in a timely basis as to when work completion will take place. I have had to continuously reach out in order to obtain responses and updates, rather than having the Design Associate reach out directly to the customer and following through on what they promise. So just be aware... their sales are on point... their products are good quality and beautiful, as they have several options to select from. But their follow through on their promises leaves a lot to desire. Unless you want to be the one constantly reaching out to them to inquire about dates, times, etc, I would think twice before proceeding with them.
