I got 3 estimates, and LG's prices were in line, but I chose them based on reputation, size (not a mom-and-pop, but more professional, insured, and with multiple crews to ensure timeliness). I was told the lead time was 3 weeks, and they were ready on schedule, started on schedule, and finished the work promptly, but didn't cut any corners in the process - the work was thorough and professional. One team began with 2 bathroom remodels. The tiler had over 20 years of experience and did excellent work, and used the Schluter materials I'd requested (an excellent product). After the bathroom work, a second team tiled a 600sf area downstairs. Again the tiler had many years of experience, and the work was done methodically and with precision. Both teams (4 guys) were extremely hard working, polite and clean, and it was a pleasure to have them around while I painted the house.
