I'm so grateful we went with them because they did an incredible job. Michael's crew was even better than we were hoping for. They showed up on time, were very detailed in their work, made sure the leveling and spacing was perfect, and were in constant contact with us, making sure any concerns or questions were immediately addressed. One of my favorite parts of their work is when they showed us an issue with leveling or spacing and then fixed it without us having to say a word. They also left the house in a much better condition than I was expecting with some cleaning (everything was covered in tile dust after they removed the old tile). Overall, it was just a wonderful job. I'm relieved we had such a great experience with tile installation and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

After agreeing to hire them for the project with deposit and signed contract, we got information of what to expect as we are providing the tiles that we like instead of going through them. Once the contractor came, he got right to it and got it done fast. Overall, it's a great company that communicate with us, clean up after themselves, and getting it done right throughout the whole process! The cost of the service is cheaper for what they offer compare to other competitors.

I had to go out about 6 times to Home Depot to buy stuff he asked me to buy. He made me buy an extra 8 cases of tiles which I had to return, and 4 extra bags of glue for tiles which I also had to return. He came alone the last 2 days of the job and I HAD TO HELP HIM TO CARRY HEAVY VANITIES TO THE RESTROOMS TO INSTALL THEM. Besides being horrible I had to work too. I wouldn't recommend this person to anybody, BAD ATTITUDE AND JUST OVERALL BAD The vanities came already assembled and you didn't have to do anything else. I literally HELPED YOU INSTALL THEM since you came by yourself so you could keep more money and not pay anybody else. The bathroom door you installed "charge free" is one YOU REMOVED TO DO THE JOB I PAID YOU FOR. Your attitude was bad, you made me throw money in the trash since you didn't even know what measurements the things you need were. HOW CURIOUS IT IS THAT A FAKE PROFILE GAVE 5 STARS TO YOU 10 MINUTES AFTER MY FIRST REVIEW. The pictures I uploaded show the quality of your work. I'm going to have to pay somebody else now to fix the horrible thing you did in my bathroom wall.
