Carlos and Larry did a fantastic job cleaning, sealing and coloring all tiled areas in my home. My home looks brand new now. The before photos were taken at night under warm light and the after photos were taken during the day. I'm so happy with how it turned out. Colorseal was worth the extra cost. Just a tip, when getting a quote make sure to point out all areas you need repaired. Repair costs are separate. The job was recently done and I can't yet tell about the longevity of the treatment. He was able to get up some very baked in sulfur stain damage and had my pool deck stone looking beautiful. He also was flexible in using a fast drying seal because I had a large amount of company the next day. It was also extremely reasonably priced. The master looks like it was just installed, actually better. The guest shower had some grout replaced and sealed as well. Meeko and GG were on time, did excellent work, and explained everything. After attempted to clean them ourselves numerous times, We finally bit the bullet and had them professional cleaned and resealed by Sir Grout. WOW - I regret not having them cleaned sooner! Within a day of requesting a free consultation, Keith reached out to me and we set one up for just a few days later. As part of the consultation, Keith brought some cleaner and a brush and cleaned a small section of our flooring to show me an example of what the floors would look like after they cleaned. What a great selling point because the floor looked like night and day! Official appointment to clean was set up 3 weeks later. Two of Keith's guys came out to do the cleaning. Very kind and professional. They moved our furniture around and did a great job with the floors. Our entire home looks so much brighter, cleaner, and beautiful. We had it sealed with a very mild coat, so it's not super shiny (which we preferred). The walk through was done by my husband and was rushed through the walkthrough because Carlos was in a hurry to leave the job early. The initial instructions and quote did NOT say my polished marble would lose its shine and appear dull and honed. I asked for a management person to do a walkthrough with me and I received a rude response plus he refused to come out. I want to add no-one lives in the home and no-one had been in the condo for two weeks until I had the time to look at the job. My polished marble floors are ruined and look like cheap ceramic tile instead. If I had been told the floors would lose their shine I would have used Marble Life instead of Sir Grout. read more

I was so happy with the services performed by Sir Grout. We have a large travertine outside patio that needed cleaned and sprayed for mold/mildew due to Florida weather. From the moment I first contacted this company, it was like the old days where you feel like someone genuinely cares about you and your project. The gentleman that did my estimate was such a kind man and truly sold me on their company, he came out and met with me, understood what I wanted and did not pressure me in any way. Other companies I contacted did not come and meet me personally and then followed up with a bombardment of texts and emails. The 2 men who came out to do the service were so polite and respectful. They worked hard all day!They removed all my plants, table, chairs from my patio and returned them all to their proper place after treating the patio and this was a free service! I did have one problem that occurred in the covered area of my patio, where it became slippery after their treatment. However, I contacted the company and they came back out and again removed all the furniture and plants and re-treated the patio to fix the problem. With a smile...and a follow up visit to make sure I was completely satisfied. Seriously...this never happens today! Very impressed with this company! My grout needed cleaning and I had no idea who to hire. I was a little skeptical about a national franchise, not really sure what that would entail even with a local franchise owner. I called them for a quote, and they came by and explained in detail what their process is. I have no idea what goes into grout cleaning, but I guess not all cleaning will actually restore your grout to its original color, so what they do is clean it and then "color seal" it with a sealant that matches your original grout color, so it looks completely brand new. And the sealant is supposed to be more stain resistant than regular grout. They actually showed me a demonstration on sample tiles with soy sauce, and it cleaned right up. We had all the tile floors and showers in our house done, and they look amaaaazzzzing. I've included both before and after photos. I'm so happy with it, and the people were top notch professional and friendly. Definitely recommend. read more

We had the grout sealed in several areas of the house. It looked great and we are glad some of the discolored grout was cleaned. We didn't realize that we'd have the job of removing significant haze left behind. I am in the process of cleaning it from the foyer and will tackle the master bathroom tub area later this month. But I am good at it now. I called the office of Sir Grout to see if they meant to leave the haze behind and the receptionist informed me that they never come back to check the quality of the work. I left a message that I wanted to make sure they meant to leave the job in the status I found it but never got a return call. Once I'm finished cleaning up and some time passes, I think I might even upgrade this rating. Still, be warned. read more
