Also, the damage to the subfloor was more extensive than anticipated, but David was readily able to adapt to get the job done. Some of the replacement tiles I had ordered also had damage, and David was also able to navigate that issue with no problem. Best of all, the price was fair and competitive. The end result looked great and the subfloor is solid once again. I cannot recommend David enough should you ever need tile work done. His precision and attention to detail was evident from start to finish! Initially my plan was to purchase flooring for only three areas: the foyer, living room and the dining room. After seeing Daniel's work. I expanded my budget to include two additional rooms (that were planned for later in the year)because I did not want to take a chance and not have Daniel as my installer. So we're totally gutting our home and redoing all the tile in the kitchen, three bathrooms, showers, the whole 9 yards. We looked at HD first and picked out what we liked....then we found that floors and Tiles saved us a ton of money with a much prettier tile. I've worked with both Ray and Jose and had great service. They do have a 30 day return policy, but they'll take stuff back after that, they just have a restocking fee. It's a bit steep at 25%, but most places (*cough* LUMBER LIQUIDATORS *cough*) will charge a restock fee right away when you return, even if it's the very next day. This place gives you 30 days with no restock. I think that's not unreasonable. Anyway, the prices are great, the service is better, and they have beautiful products. I have only good things to say. Note: I wrote the same thing on their Kissimmee store page but am putting it here, since this is where we usually go.

Needless to say, they will not be getting our business because it would be hard to trust that kind of company. We did call before going to any other locations that day.
