He approached the estimate in a very fair manner and when he came to do the work he excelled on every level. Terrence stayed focused on getting each grout line perfectly cleaned and painted with a grout color that we had chosen during the estimate process. We LOVE the new grout color - it disappears into the tile. Our grout looks better than when we moved in. Thank you Terrence for quality work at a very fair price for all of the time and materials that went into this job.

Marlon was an absolute gem! I had been searching for someone to clean my shag area rug. At first…read moreMarlon was honest enough to tell me he could not do it based on the manufacturer's care instructions. Later he let me know that he figured out a way to clean it but by that time I had committed to someone else to clean it for me. Marlon provided me with educated questions to ask the other cleaner and said he would do the rug in the event I was dissatisfied with the other cleaner. What I appreciated was the care, concern, knowledge, and support Marlon provided even though he did not do the job. When someone knows you care, that is a person I value. Thanks again Marlon!!!

I am disappointed about Voda cleaning & restoration of central Florida…read moreAddress: 80 Brigham Rd Winter Haven FL 33881 Charged $700 for pet odor removal from Sep 17-25, 2025 1. They broke my garage door sensor and made the garage door not work And did not confess. 2. After they finished the job, the property manager and tenant immediately reported the garage still had a strong unpleasant odor. So the job is half-failed. 3. This company made my tenant sign a satisfaction letter while the job was still ongoing before they finished their work. I am the property owner and the consumer never authorized any person to sign the satisfaction letter for me. They pretend this is my authorization to my tenant to sign for me. And take this as a proof for my satisfaction. 4. They also made my property manager sign the invoice with agreement and confirmation satisfaction before they even began any work. My property manager was even asked to sign a blank page on an invoice on the worker's iPad without being shown the actual content on the first page which is the satisfaction of their job page. It is unethical. 5. They even threatened me to put a lien on my property and go to collection if I don't pay in full.

I went one year with white grout and it made me paranoid about the grout getting dirty. I used the Angie app to get estimates from contractors. I got about 4 estimates and going with the Grout Restorer was a no brainer. Martin was always on time for the estimate as well as the job. He provided a through estimate and he was the most knowledgable of all the people that came to my house to survey the job. I had Martin and his team of four people come and do work on my house. I didn't believe that they'd be able to finish the job in a day but they did! His team is very professional and they are super kind people. Karen especially went above and beyond with her work. I'm a perfectionist so having it look perfect was important to me. The grout color that I had told Martin I wanted ended up looking more brown than I expected. Even though the team had done almost two rooms, Karen was able to color match a grout color that made my tile and grout blend together to the point where you didn't notice the grout anymore. They all did such an amazing job. Martin also doctored my bathroom showers and made them look new again. I'm so pleased with their work. I could never have done the job they were able to do. They are very talented people and I cannot recommend them enough.

About one month ago John Logan , Logan Carpet Cleaning (407) 957-6775 cleaned our white bedroom carpet to a real deep clean.
