About one month ago John Logan , Logan Carpet Cleaning (407) 957-6775 cleaned our white bedroom carpet to a real deep clean. As the month went on I kept seeing shadows of marks coming thru from the pad below. One call to John Logan and he was back with full force and a special cleaning peroxide spray. That was two days ago and the carpet looks absolutely brand new.White as white can be and no more shadows. John wouldn't take any extra payment for the latest service, simply stating that a 100% guarantee means just that. He's not finished unless the customer is 100% satisfied.

I found this company on Yelp and decided to give it a try. The owner, Mike, is the one who picked up the phone to guide me through the process. Mike was understanding, ask plenty of questions to my own attempts, and was blunt with his assessment of the situation. He stated they would attempt to get the stains out, but the color of the carpet, my multiple attempts to clean, and the color of the stain would be close to impossible to get up. He was honest and I appreciated that. He got me in the next day and arrived on time. He even called 30 minutes before arrival. Mike and Bill did a great job and were incredibly personable. The stains lightened up a bit, but were still there. They sanitized it and eliminated the smell and that is what I wanted. We originally agreed on $75, but Mike said he was only going to charge $50. I insisted on the original price or to give a $25 tip. He denied and said I could use the extra money to spend on bottles for my newborn.
