Although it was starting to get late, Angela called and said they were on their way. I told them it was okay if they would rather reschedule since it was getting late on a Saturday, but she said, "No. You're on our schedule and we're going to take care of you." Upon arriving, she and her husband, Nick, the owners of the company, were extremely polite and pleasant. We exchanged great conversation and they even took it upon themselves to clean a couple of items I hadn't originally asked for. They were a blessing in a time of need and our furniture looks and smells fantastic. I most definitely recommend using them for any of your cleaning needs. You will not be disappointed. Hello Yelpers! I recently used Greater Orlando Cleaning Services to do a move in/out and carpet…read morecleaning for one of my rental properties. Unfortunately, the tenant that recently vacated left the place is horrible conditions. Needless to say, it was left nothing like how they moved in. Long story short, I needed to hire a cleaning service to do a deep clean on the condo. I came across this company on Yelp and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The move in/out service and a carpet clean was priced at nearly $400. I hired them anyway because the place was in desperate need of cleaning. It was very disappointing to say that it was nothing spectacular and even I could have done a much better job at cleaning the condo. Anyway, during the clean their carpet cleaner broke so they could not finish the job. They did agree to finish the job the following day and were paid in full when the job was complete. My mother ended up having to clean the place in addition to the services we hired for, which was what I was trying to avoid, as she is much older now. The company did communicate quickly and did respond in a very prompt manner. However, it was definitely not worth the money spent for the services rendered. The condo is finally up to renting standards; however, will not use this company again nor would I recommend them.

One of the glass shower doors was caked in soap scum and lime from the previous owners, and I never though it would be clear- when I came home, the glass looked brand new. Not only did she do an amazing job, she was able to schedule me in right away, as well as be flexible with my current needs for services, according to when I have renters. At first the cleaner came on a Wednesday but he soon realized that his hose wasn't long enough to go all the way from the van to my 3rd floor apartment to vacuum the mattress out, something about truck mounted vacuum. Came back the next day with MORE hoses and it almost wasn't enough! But we made it. He did bring a portable vacuum as well just in case but he said the truck mounted one would do the job better. He did the job in about 45 minutes, mattress was deodorized, stains were irremovable which I wasn't surprised because I had tried every method out there already. The only complaint is the price. The price I ended up paying was different from the price he quoted me, it was only $5-$10 difference which I'm not too worried about it but I should've been notified first.
