Angela, Nick & William were absolutely amazing! From the initial call, they helped me prep the house from top to bottom before we moved in. Seriously, they cleaned all of the vents and returns (for both air conditioner units), scrubbed the tile/grout on the floors AND showers, made the carpet look/smell great, plus they made my area rugs actually LOOK new. Nick even fixed my AC cover that was coming loose so it didn't cause any future problems AND took the time to explain how each of the new AC units were setup and how to maintain them monthly for the best results. William gave me a solution to take care of any future stains for the carpets too. I really couldn't be any happier! I called several (read 11) different companies and their timelines and/or prices were not reasonable. Angela made sure I got done what needed to be done, when I needed it to be done, and she took care of me on price too. Can't beat that. I feel more educated about my new place, confident that it is as clean as it can be for now (thanks kids) and I didn't break the bank doing it. Everything Under the Son was truly amazing! I initially called on a Friday just to see if there was even a chance they could come clean my dryer vent sometime the following week (Thanksgiving week, at that!) and they fit me in on Monday! They were excellent about a reminder call, and a text prior to arriving. There were 3 things I really loved about them: 1. It is a husband and wife team ("Mom & Pop" company) and they are extremely professional and efficient. 2. They educate! I cannot stress enough how much I love this. Many home service companies do 1 of 2 things. They either assume you know exactly what they need to do and how they need to do it so they speak in heavy jargon, and make you feel extremely uncomfortable when you ask to clarify. Otherwise, they assume you don't know anything at all and don't even bother explaining the details because they assume you couldn't possibly understand what they need to do. NOT Everything Under the Son!!!!! They educate and inform in such a way that does not make you feel uncomfortable or dumb for not knowing in the first place! 3. They do not judge (or at least not out loud). I am a mother of a few littles. I was battling a cold and sleep deprived when they arrived. My house was far from perfect. I have never been 100% satisfied with a carpet cleaning company until NOW. Wow! After calling 6 different companies on the web and in our "Everybody's Business etc." monthly neighborhood business magazine, I decided to go with "Everything Under The Son Carpet Cleaning". Not because of their pricing, but because Angela gave me the confidence that they truly knew their business and I felt that they were the kind of company that would treat you like family. Yes, they are a family owned "Christian Faith" company and stand behind their name. We had some bad stains on one of our carpets that I thought for sure they would never be able to get out and they did, it now looks almost like a new carpet. The other seven area rugs in our home are nice and clean and look wonderful. I am sure that the high-end truck mounted steam system they use made all the difference. Not only did they do an excellent job but also they were in and out in under an hour. I was fortunate enough to have Nick and William here do our carpets, outstanding, very professional. I can't say enough about this company. I didn't need 1 carpet cleaning but I needed 2 carpet cleanings. I was moving out of the home I rented and moving into my first house that I just purchased. The house I was renting, in the lease it required that I have the carpets professionally cleaned, in order to get my security back... My new house I was moving into the carpets desperately need cleaned, the previous owner had pets and did not maintain their carpets to my standard. I called the right carpet cleaning company because the carpets came out better than I had expected. More important, the price I was quoted over the phone did not change for either house. Angela reassured me the price she quoted would not change based on the information I gave her was accurate. I had a terrible experience in the past from another well know company where price almost double when the tech came out to my house and I was stuck because I had family arriving the next day. I believe those companies estimate a low price over the phone on purpose just to get you to schedule, then stick it to you .... We just bought a house that came with tenants: 5 college guys. Needless to say we desperately needed the carpets cleaned before we could move our family into our new home. I found Everything Under The Son via yelp and thought I'd give it a try because of what other reviewers said. Angela called me back within 30 minutes of me leaving a voicemail message. She was very professional and kind. Since I had not seen the house empty and only once with the tenants there Angela gave me a quote based on what I thought I needed and we both agreed it would change if conditions were other than described. Angela and Nick showed up exactly when they said they would and discussed the differences in what I was quoted and what was actually in the house (the master closet had carpet that I forgot about & I wanted the enzyme in all the rooms not just one like I thought initially). It was great working with this company to get my carpets cleaned when I was moving out of my apartment. I called Angela and within the next few days I had Nick and William out repairing my carpets for a unbeatable price and then they quoted me an even better price to get my carpets deep cleaned. One thing to know is that if they give you a quote for a job that is the price you are going to pay, I've had other carpet cleaning companies give me a quote and by the time they're done I'm paying almost double what they said, so it was so nice not having to worry about anything. I was looking for a service that actually knows how to clean grout on a tile floor. Too often I have had companies say they know how, they come out, spray some chemicals, wait a few minutes, then use their super duper steam machine and nothing comes off the grout. Very few will actually use good old fashion elbow grease. I spoke with over 8 companies before Angela told me how they do it , yes! You need to spray the chemical, let it soak in and react with the grout, then good old fashion scrubbing(elbow grease) with a grout brush, then use the super duper steam machine. If it still needs more work, do it again. Angela and Nick and a helper spent 3.5 hours on my floor and cleaned it beyond my expectations. I have driven past their vans numerous times here in Avalon Park, so they were the first company I called. The provided me an extremely fair quote and I tried them out for our cleaning before we move. Nick & Angela arrived within the time window they gave me (so nice to have a 1 hour window as opposed to 3 or 4 like other companies!) As for their work, I was blown away. Not only does the carpet look like new, they were efficient, quick, and so unbelievably kind. Within an hour, they took care of a 3 bedroom townhouse like it was nothing at all. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!! We just bought a house and we had another a tile and grout company come in they almost ruined our tile. We were freaking out because we had only a day to get another tile and grout company out before we started moving all of our furniture in. I ended up talking to one of the associates for about an hour about the issues i was having with the other company. I highly recommend this family owned cleaning service. We recently had our tile and grout cleaned in our home and the results were amazing! We have lived in this house for 20 years and only had our tile/grout professionally cleaned one time. I did not expect this team to be able to clean 20 years of built up dirt out of our grout. The grout has returned to the original color, white. Our tile looks great and the carpet looks brand new. Super well maintained company! I called within a couple of days moving out requiring my house to be cleaned. They gave me a call back rather quickly, not to mention a whole lot fast than the other "top" company that I called. Super nice and friend, and yes the trucks have their name and logo's on it. Better than some mystery guy in a white truck showing up. Their estimate for work was correct, but I needed an additional deep clean on a small patch and advised it for an extra few dollars.
