Initially I thought it was a robot responding to solidify a time for that evening, I did not believe it so I called the phone number. He immediately answered and we talked through the problem and he confirmed he is available to go diagnose / fix the problem. Time frame: I called him at 7:25pm , he arrived to the property at 8:30pm, he called me that he completed the job at 9:30pm, he sent the invoice and I made the payment easy online! I highly recommend him! The value of the price I think was very fair, for being something so last minute I was worried it would break the bank but I felt that it was a reasonable amount and he took care of it as if it was his own home. Upon calling, we spoke with Charlie, who stated he would be glad to take a look at our furniture, but rather than have us trek across town, he simply needed some photos in order to give us a quote. After receiving the quote, which we felt was very fair, we had Charlie Horner effect a repair. We could not be happier with the quality of the repair. Actually we were AMAZED at the quality of the repair and wish to commend Mr. Horner for saving us hundreds of dollars by not having to purchase a new chair.
