Ellen saved us $8,000.00! We recently purchased a condo and the carpets were horrid - we were ready to have the entire unit tiled at great expense. We received a recommendation to use Ellen and are happy we did. It's like our carpet is brand new. They were quick to get it done, actually coming a day earlier than promised and the price was excellent. She was quick to respond to questions and addressed all of our concerns prior to doing our unit. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere. read more

Professional, prompt and friendly. Cleaned three bedrooms and a rug back to life. I'll be calling for tile next!

Excellent work on our area rug and whole house carpets. Very pleased with the service and how everything looks!!

Bill and his team did an amazing job on my floors. I had family coming, the carpets and tile were overdo for cleaning. They worked with my timeline, were kind and professional and did an exceptional job. I booked another appointment for next year. Thank you! read more

After 2 1/2 years of wear and tear including a dog, we needed carpet cleaning. So glad we found Steam Clean My Carpets on YELP. They are responsive, great communicators, and have fair pricing. But best of all, they got the stains out...the carpets look like new, which I didn't really expect. Bruce was on time and went the extra mile to be sure we were pleased. I will not be using anyone else for carpet cleaning. Highly recommend! Thanks Bruce. read more

Steam Clean My Carpets - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Deltona, Florida

Very pleased with the work done by this company. I chose them based on their Yelp reviews and can now agree with others that they do excellent work. Jose was extremely accommodating, provided a pre-call and arrived when he said he would. He did a great job on some problem areas and was very efficient. I would highly recommend this company. read more

The guy cleaning our carpets arrived right on time. Price was decent compared to what I was expecting. My only complaint is my rugs still smell a little bit like dog (I just bought my home) but I think it's just that the previous owner NEVER vacuumed. However, when we first moved in, if we put our hand against the carpet, there was dog hair stuck to our hand. That's no longer the case. read more

On time, courteous, knowledgable, fair price, and carpets come out looking like new. All five stars in my book. I highly recommend Ellen and Steam Clean My Carpets for all your carpet and tile cleaning needs. read more

I am really happy with the clean carpets I now have in my apartment! I had scheduled an appointment and was given a 2 hour window for their arrival - arrived within the window, he came in to see the carpet prior to bringing anything in to the apartment. I felt that he took the time & listened. He did a great job and the carpet (light color) looks great! On a personal note, I have a large Labrador & he took a few minutes with the dog who was a little fired up that someone "new" was here! He even had a dog cookie! I highly recommend these folks for a great service from the initial call to the completed cleaning! A+++ read more

The best carpet and tile cleaning in town! I have tried them all, but had to keep searching for the perfect company. I have finally found the best! Steam Clean my Carpets came in with their top notch cleaning equipment. They left my carpets plush and looking new and I had many stains from toddler juice spills and messy cats. I was so happy, that I called them back to clean my tile and grout. The grout has never been cleaned and to my amazement, I found out that my grout was actually white, not almost black. My house looks so bright and clean now! If you are looking for the best don't hesitate to call call Bruce and Ellen! You will get courteous, on time, excellent service!!! read more

Bruce was here at the exact time they said he would be and did a fantastic job! This is the ONLY company in the directory that I could find that uses a ROTOVAC instead of the steam wand. IT LOOKS AWESOME! Thanks for a great job! read more

Called them to have my carpets steamed cleaned cause got a puppy about a month ago. Tommy was on time and great. Explained to us about staining and "wicking" where the stains can come back up if it's in the pad. He also advised us how to slow down that process. Have used a national chain in the past but no more. I highly recommend Steam Clean My Carpets and will definitely use them again! read more

This is an excellent service. Ellen immediately followed up with me even though I did not leave a message. She was helpful and took the time to discuss what needed to be done. She was able to schedule something quickly working around my schedule. Tommy came on time and did an excellent job. The carpets look and smell wonderful. He was fast and thorough. He even explained how to do spot cleaning if necessary. I will be calling them back for any additional cleaning. I highly recommend Steam Clean My Carpets. Great price. Excellent service. read more

We just had our tile and carpets cleaned by Steam Clean My Carpets and I can't say enough about how satisfied we are. The tile hasn't looked this good since it was new 15 years ago. The people were wonderful to work with from the initial call with Ellen to the gentlemen that came to do the work. They took great care to make sure we understood what was going to be done, every step of the way. Very professional and made you feel absolutely safe and comfortable having them in your home. I had never used them before and was somewhat apprehensive about trying someone new, but now I'll be telling everyone I know. I want to save my friends the uncertainty we all feel when we invite new service providers into our homes. Thanks for the experience! read more

I just had our carpets cleaned at our beach house in Daytona Beach, and all I can say is, "Wow!" When I called to schedule the appointment, Ellen answered the phone and was pleasant, professional, and efficient. Ellen and her team arrived on time and got right to work on cleaning our carpets and our tile floors. We have 3 Labrador Retrievers, one we've raised from a puppy, and needless to say we had a definite need for intense carpet cleaning and to take care of a few "tinkle" spots. We are just delighted at the great job and a great price. Having been burned by the X amount of rooms cleaned for $X type of cleaners and then "extras" they charge you for once they show up... I wanted to hire a company that I felt confident would give me an accurate price and do a great job. With Steam Clean My Carpets, you get quality work and a great value. I highly recommend Steam Clean My Carpets for your carpet and tile cleaning needs! read more

Five stars for them. I like that the owner does the work rather than an employee. Ellen came out in person to our house in Lake Mary, helped move our furniture out of the way and did an excellent job on our carpets. No complaints at all. But the best job they did was on some area rugs that had some pet stains all over them. We didn't even realize the stains were there until we were about to move out so they were sunken into the rugs deep. I was actually hesitant to have anybody take the rugs away because of a bad experience with another carpet cleaning company two weeks before that destroyed another rug. She clearly knew her stuff so I gave her the rugs to clean off-site. They were done well before the time-frame they gave us and she brought them out in person and helped put them back. If we were staying in town, I'd have her out yearly to steam the carpets. Awesome job and I'd recommend her to any individuals or dry cleaners that outsource their work. read more
