Disappointed!! I hired this company to come clean my house, including the refrigerator and the oven. A half an hour before they were supposed to arrive... They sent a text message saying that their crew was involved in a car accident and needed to go to the emergency room! They asked me to reschedule to a different day (reading other reviews, I see this excuse was used in the past) Because I have family coming from out of town, in two days, I needed to find another cleaning service at the last minute! I hired Loyalty Cleaning & Management for few months already and finally write them a review now. As we were moving out and selling our old house, searching online and found them, I called Eric for a few times and we couldn't reach each other at first, but I was glad I reached him finally. Eric asked me detailedly about the size of our place, how many windows, doors we had, type of floor. Try to tell him as detail as you can, he charged me the same as he wrote in the contract, no extra charge. When the day came, Eric & Brittany got to our place on time, as we had nearly 3000 sqfl and only 2 of them to clean it, give them enough time to do their job. They get paid by size, not by hours, they will be there as long to take to finish their job, I like that. Finally they used 8 hours total to clean our house, they missed a little here and there, but just go through the whole place with them and let them know, they will clean those missing spots for you. They are friendly and sweet and they did such a splendid job. Also as they don't get credit card and I had no cash with me, they went with me all the way back to my new home ( glad it's not too far ) to collect it. This is just my experience in terms of customer service. I bought this Groupon and was told I was supposed to pay extra for an apartment that's on the second floor. This wasn't stated in the description during this time. This was a while back so I can't recall all of the details, all I know is that I called for more information and was left unhappy with my options. I felt like I wasted my money. I didn't bother scheduling anymore and just left it at that. Perhaps they clean well, I wouldn't know. But for me, the entire booking was a nightmare. read more

They came quickly and really made the extra effort to have it smelling and looking clean. I had never used a cleaning service before and this experience proved if I want it done right, this was not the route to take. I chose this company based on how many good reviews I did see, but they were sub-par at best. I really didn't want to sound like "that guy", but I wouldn't want anyone else to have the experience I did. Their booking process: while they ask detailed questions about your space to give a fair price, it took 2-3 days of emailing to book the appointment- every time I tried to call the company phone number, no one would answer and their voice mailbox was full. I booked them for a move in deep clean- with an appointment between 10:30-11:30 am. They advised they would call when they were enroute to my place. At 11:15 am, I received an EMAIL from them stating they were enroute and got into a fender bender and my new arrival time would be 2:30 pm. No apology for the inconvenience or really communication on rebooking, just a decided time- no option on my part. I pointed out to them that if they were on the way when they were in a fender bender, why did I not receive a call when they were enroute? Definitely did not sound right to me....Also, that I had scheduled a morning cleaning because I would be working at night and had to leave by 3 pm. They only THEN apologized for the inconvenience and stated if I would like they'd take pictures when they were done since I would not be there to see. It was pretty unprofessional and that I HAD to have someone there to lock the place up when they were done. I was already pretty frustrated by this point, but needed the place cleaned that day. I received a phone call when they were enroute for the now 2:30 appointment, stating they'd arrive around 2:27-2:30. They showed up 10 mins late (2:40) and stated it'd be 1 1/2 hours-2 hour clean. I had to leave for work and couldn't stay to see the finished product because of the new cleaning time. Then, the clean was less than stellar. The floors and the walls (which I did pay extra for) were the best parts of the clean. Otherwise, the stove top wasn't cleaned, the ONLY piece of furniture in the space (a dresser) was not cleaned- inside or out, also wasn't even moved to clean the floor behind or underneath it. The door to the bathroom didn't get wiped at all, and some of the insides of cabinets were skipped. There was literally only one appliance (stove) and one piece of furniture (dresser) in the space and they didn't even clean them. Overall, not worth the almost $200 I spent. I thought booking a company would save me time and help me be able to do all the other moving tasks I need to do, but this was just another added headache and I will still have to clean the missed areas myself. Could not be happier!!! Eric and Brittany came out today for my first cleaning. They did a deep clean on my house and I am thrilled with the work. House is so clean, they cleaned it like I would if I wasn't so lazy! lol. Both bathrooms were cleaned top to bottom and extra time spent on my tile and sliding bathroom door, they vacuumed and I didn't find any dog hair and the time is sparkling throughout the house. I was so happy with the price and service I signed up for a weekly service with them. They are extremely nice and so considerate of my house and belongings. I move out of my apartment and hired this company to come and clean this home. I was quoted for a time slot between 1030-1130 well at 1145 I was sent an email saying that they were running behind schedule and would now be out by 1:30-2:30 well at 3:15 pm no one showed up or called. Extremely upset I left the home and drove back to my new place 30 miles away. A total waste of gas, and my time. After sending them an email letting them know I no longer needed their services they sent me an email saying something happened to one of their crew members which is understandable but lack of communication is disrespectful and unprofessional. After renting for 8 years, my wife and I decided it was time to buy a new home. The problem with renting for 8 years and having dogs for those 8 years is that you find 8 years of hidden dirt. My wife reached out to a few cleaning companies and was planning on hiring another company when she read a review for Loyalty Cleaning & Management that someone with multiple dogs was extremely happy after the deep cleaning. That sold us. We booked them 2 weeks in advance, but they do accommodate last minute jobs. Eric indicated that the more lead time given for the job, the bigger his cleaning crew since he can schedule for a bigger crew. In our case, it was a crew of 3 (including Eric). My wife had already provided the details of the number/types of rooms (front room, kitchen, small living room, bathroom, two small bedrooms, and a utility closet) and what we wanted cleaned prior to his visit. In our case, we paid for the extra steam mopping. There is a time to be cheap, but this was not the time. When Eric arrived at the scheduled time, we did a quick walk through so that he could see what the rooms looked like. One thing I found is they did not include the windows or wiping the walls with the initial quote. We did not mention it beforehand to Eric so it was on us for not having him include it in the initial quote and on us for not realizing it was not included in the quote he sent us in advance. He showed me the cost for the windows and I had him add it to the overall quote. I did not worry about the wall wipe. Just make sure you review the services included in the quote. It took them about 2.5 hours, but they did a fantastic job. There was a stain on the living room from where we had a carpet moved. Eric and his crew completely got rid of it. The stove and fridge were spotless. The bathroom was amazing. We did clean our bathroom, but the work Eric and his crew did put our efforts to shame. The baseboards for all walls were wiped clean and the window sills were wiped clean as well. One thing they did, and they did not have to do, was do a quick wall wipe for the various walls. It was not included in the work quote and we did not ask them to do it since we overlooked it. The fact they were willing to put forth just a little more effort that was not required shows how much pride they have in their work. I would strongly recommend Eric and his crew for any home cleaning needs. My only regret is that I did not take any pictures before they cleaned the house. Before and after pictures would have showed how great of a job they did and they did do a great job. read more

The house we were renting was not in the best shape as it needs a lot of work, and because of the yard and our dogs, the house was always just dirty feeling no matter how much we cleaned. I'm very satisfied with Loyalty Cleaning & Management. This was my first time to use a cleaning service. We lived in a house for 28 years. I didn't do spring cleaning so closets were never emptied nor beds moved for a thorough cleaning. We had 2 kids and life got in the way. When we moved and the house went up for sale, we needed a move-out cleaning before an open house. Loyalty came to the rescue with a short notice appointment. They did a fantastic job and the house smelled so good when they left. Do yourself a favor and call Loyalty to clean your house so you can spend more time with those you love.
