I have been using many cleaning services before, this is definitely not deep clean. first when they said team, I was expecting 3-4 people to clean a 4000 sqft house. One people came, then after 1 hour later, another guy came. When I asked where is rest of your crew, she replied just two of us and claimed she did house like this by herself before. Started 12:50, finished around 7:40pm, the guy joined around 1:30pm. When I walk into the house to check, the floor has many dirty spots, dirts with hair, black spots. Kitchen cabinets' surface was not wiped at all, all the switch covers were dirty. I text her when she still loading, she came back wipe the floor again when I clean some spots and wipe the switch covers myself. After I pointed out the cabin surface, she wiped the surface.After they left, I found out the breakfast bar and Ranger surface in kitchen was untouched....unbelievable...the shelf in kitchen was full of dust, there are only three tiny corner shelves. They only have 2 people, it took so long, and I was stuck there. Usually house like this will be done in 2-3 hours with 4 people. This is definitely not deep clean, not even general clean. trash in corner place everywhere, I had to say I was very disappointed, don't know where those 5 star review comes from. great job for the bathroom glass door and mirror, the guy actually did better job than the lady, the Master bathroom deserve 5 star, but the kitchen and living room is 1 star. This is not worth $495 deep clean, I would never use this company again! DO NOT USE THEM! ----------------- I texted the owner told them I'm not happy with the result, no response. I wrote 3 star review on google, the owner reply with employee's lies. Use Lame excuses for laziness and poor job done. I changed to 1 star. Unprofessional, unbelievable!!! There are so many spot did not even touched, and trash under the couches, not mention the table didn't wipe clean!! I have picture and video to prove, the process was under camera surveillance. I'm happy to sent them to the owner, it will tell you the truth! read more

Excellent job! Eric arrived on time and in COVID safe face shield. He deep cleaned our two bathrooms and kitchen for move out. He made them look sparkling new again! First off, I'll start by saying that I will never ever use any other company. Erica's Cleaning Service was absolutely perfect. For reasons irrelevant, my apartment was trashed. I tried my best to get it together but I couldn't do it. I called Erica's Cleaning Service on SUNDAY NIGHT and they came Monday morning at 8am. They crushed it. Like my apartment is now cleaner than when I moved in and they did it at half the price. I couldn't be home but they stayed in constant contact with me.
