The cleaning team always takes appropriate care and detail to ensure every corner of the house feels tidy. Both services exceed my expectations, and I will continue to come back to them for services. Not only is the cleaning service great, but the price is extremely affordable compared to other quotes I received in the area, and with a more personalized touch to my cleaning needs. The team is quick to respond over text for scheduling and service questions. I will continue to recommend Mrs. AP cleaning to anyone who asks for an impeccable cleaning service in the Orlando area.

When I had my deep cleaning, they accidentally cracked the glass cooktop on my stove. I am totally understanding that accidents happen. But I do expect if something like that does happen, for the company to take responsibility to make it right. I watched the woman who accidentally did it send pictures to her management. The first outreach we had after this was them sending the bill. They never mentioned the damage until we brought it up. It's been two weeks with my husband reaching out to get a repair started, all the while we have no working stove. They don't reach out proactively, we've heard essentially nothing l. And I fully expect they just stop answering because they have absolutely no intention of filing an insurance claim or paying for the damage they caused. Proceed with extreme caution.

They only clean for three hours, and if you ask them to focus on something like the fridge, they may not properly clean other areas. In my experience, they left my kitchen cabinets, countertops, and bathroom surfaces covered in dust, grease, and dirt. When they finished, they didn't check in with me, the homeowner, to make sure the job met my expectations. Instead of apologizing, the manager dismissed my concerns with a careless response. This is an hourly cleaning service, not a true move-in/move-out cleaning. I regret not taking more photos to show how poorly they cleaned, as I had to spend the night finishing the job for my tenant. BEWARE.

Jenny brought up a discount if my house was clean enough and "up to her standards" since I had a cleaning service until the week prior. The amount for the service was a little unclear, but I felt I had a ball park figure and it would be ironed out wjen we met face to face. Jenny checked in with me the day prior as a reminder, to ensure everything was still ok to proceed. Three ladies arrived on time and began cleaning. Jenny arrived shortly after to look over my residence, we discussed doing our dishes this time and as part of our re-occuring service. Jenny told me that my house was very neat and tidy, then gave me a price that did not reflect any discount. The ladies did clean for 3 hours. I returned home and the ladies had already left. I found a sink full of dirty dishes (which was discussed to be done), none of our 5 ceiling fans were dusted, our garbage can was empty but no trash liner was replaced (which we had a large box of bags directly next to the trash can), two of the small bedroom trash can liners had large holes exposing the entire bottom of the trash can, a paper shredder bin next to our computer desk was not emptied and our couches were not wiped down. I contacted Jenny about these issues. She said she would discuss this with her workers. I waited the rest of the day and evening to hear a response, but did not receive one. Ater arriving home, my wife was very upset with paying the amount we did and receiving such poor attention to detail. We have had a cleaning service for over 2 years and have never experienced anything close to these issues, lack of communication if deficiencies were communicated and such a high price point for sub-standard work. I took several photos of the items listed above and sent them to Jenny with no response. If I were looking for a thorough cleaning service, with excellent customer service and at a reasonable price I would look elsewhere. I really wanted to like Jenny and Zen Clean Solutions, but they missed the mark by a long shot!
