Jenny was prompt in answering my telephone call, explaining the services and scheduling an appointment. Jenny brought up a discount if my house was clean enough and "up to her standards" since I had a cleaning service until the week prior. The amount for the service was a little unclear, but I felt I had a ball park figure and it would be ironed out wjen we met face to face. Jenny checked in with me the day prior as a reminder, to ensure everything was still ok to proceed. Three ladies arrived on time and began cleaning. Jenny arrived shortly after to look over my residence, we discussed doing our dishes this time and as part of our re-occuring service. Jenny told me that my house was very neat and tidy, then gave me a price that did not reflect any discount. The ladies did clean for 3 hours. I returned home and the ladies had already left. I found a sink full of dirty dishes (which was discussed to be done), none of our 5 ceiling fans were dusted, our garbage can was empty but no trash liner was replaced (which we had a large box of bags directly next to the trash can), two of the small bedroom trash can liners had large holes exposing the entire bottom of the trash can, a paper shredder bin next to our computer desk was not emptied and our couches were not wiped down. I contacted Jenny about these issues. She said she would discuss this with her workers. I waited the rest of the day and evening to hear a response, but did not receive one. Ater arriving home, my wife was very upset with paying the amount we did and receiving such poor attention to detail. We have had a cleaning service for over 2 years and have never experienced anything close to these issues, lack of communication if deficiencies were communicated and such a high price point for sub-standard work. I took several photos of the items listed above and sent them to Jenny with no response. If I were looking for a thorough cleaning service, with excellent customer service and at a reasonable price I would look elsewhere. I really wanted to like Jenny and Zen Clean Solutions, but they missed the mark by a long shot! read more

Jenny and her team were great! They were on time, and Jenny provided excellent communication prior to the scheduled day. They did a move out cleaning on my apartment that was a dirty mess before they got there. These ladies worked fast, but thoroughly. I can't believe how clean it looks now! Opposite of Helpful. I bought a groupon for 2 hours cleaning to clean my place before I left for vacation. 1) To book an appointment it took two voicemails and two texts. 2) After booking the appt it was canceled two days later when they realized it was MLK, strange you didn't know but ok. 3) Second scheduled day, I get a text they will be 3 hours late. So I push back an appointment of mine. 4) 3 hours later I get a call, they are on my street (Downtown HighRise), 20 minutes later I text where are you?, now they are parking. another 20 minutes that are almost at my lobby. another 20 minutes they quit answering and send me to vm and stop replying to text. I'm late to a second meeting today. They never showed after communicating for an hour they were almost there and didn't bother to answer a single text or call after. Will provide text screen shots and call logs! I wouldn't consider letting these people in my house after this. 5) I wake up at 4 am to clean the kitchen before my flight! read more
